And some of the promotions that they publish on official platforms are not real when you go to the store. The managers and the whole team are bad too

Disgusting store!!!! A disgusting manager and sleeping salesmen. They don't sell at all, but only walk around the store and smoke!!! We ordered a microwave on the website, the next day we got a call and were told that this microwave was not available. Let's go see what is available, since there is no synchronization with the site, and there is the same microwave in the store. They asked, and they tell us that they have already bought it. Review about delivery
On Wednesday, at 3 p.m., I placed an order for a microwave oven
The operator was very polite, offered delivery herself and said that delivery would be within 1-2 days
On Friday at 1 p.m., I called El Dorado on my own and asked if there would be a delivery today. To which I was told that today the courier can no longer and will be delivered only tomorrow. And who told me about 1-2 days - they don't know at all
The delivery happened on Saturday at about 17 o'clock in the afternoon. There were two couriers in the car. Since the intercom was not working, I opened the door to the entrance. One courier very impressively and not at least took the microwave and carried it to my floor (2nd floor). In front of the apartment door, he dropped the microwave on the corner and said that it was good that the packaging was good. In general, he showed with his whole appearance how hard it was for him.
Then we examined the goods and everything turned out to be normal. I hope it will work at least for the period stated by the guarantee.
I give the service 2 points out of 10, where 2 points for polite operators who provide correct information

P.P.S. I have a suspicion that the delivery is so long because of the laziness of couriers. I would like day-to-day delivery. Hardly anyone in Yerevan uses delivery very often, and if couriers travel once a day, they could travel more often.
I didn't like it very much. I came there for a specific product model.
1) I waited until the consultant was free for 15 minutes, although there were only two buyers
2) The product is there, but they sell it broken in the window
3) It took another 15 minutes to find out if the same new one was available
4) Offered to buy this broken product for wild money
As a result, I wasted my money on a taxi and my time. After I went to the Vega store on Komitas, I found what I needed there and there was a corresponding new model in stock.

I bought a carob coffee maker from Kitfort KT-783 in El Dorado.
