We rested in 2018, 2019 and 2021, after a covid year break. Every time we return, we receive a pleasant compliment from the hotel - fruits and cute souvenirs with a logo (mugs, baseball caps).
At first glance, the hotel delighted me with the thoughtfulness of the location of the rooms - all rooms overlook the sea and the green city, flooded with lights at night (or the courtyard to the pool, if these are the first three floors), and only that part of it goes out to the backyard and the nearest ugly and dusty wasteland, along which there are corridors. That is, you will never get a room with a view of a parking lot or a garbage dump, because there is simply no such room here.
If you arrived well before the check-in hour (14-00, as in many other hotels) or checked out of the room, and there are still a lot of hours before your transfer to the airport, you can leave your suitcases in a small closet behind the reception desk and go sunbathing or swimming in the pool, or even at the sea. You can change clothes in a special dressing room on the minus second floor. There is also a shower room.
In general, the location of support services and amenities in the basement (minus the first, minus the second, minus the third floor) is what impressed me about Eleana, delighted and made her a fervent fan. There are always several toilets in different convenient places, a shower room, a changing room, and a souvenir shop, drinks, fruits and snacks on the ground (basement) floor of the hotel. The prices are affordable, and if you suddenly want fresh cold figs in the midday heat, you can not go out on the hot street at all, just take the elevator down to the cool lobby and get directly from it into the air-conditioned coolness of the store. Three minutes and you're already enjoying the fruits on your balcony. There are two excellent supermarkets within walking distance, where everything is cheaper. The main thing is to set priorities correctly))
The check-in itself is fast, neat, polite, no questions asked.
The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the blackout curtains are excellent, you can draw them and enjoy the peace and quiet in your room during an afternoon nap. The air conditioner works only with the balcony door fully closed, and it works perfectly, blows quietly and not into bed. There is enough furniture and plenty of space. There is a large mirror in the room, and a hairdryer in the drawer under it. A large plasma on the wall. The balcony is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a small swimsuit dryer and a plastic table and armchairs. Large hotel beach towels are all dried on the balcony railing, and in order not to fly away, they are pinched with hefty clothespins (sold in all surrounding shops). They are also convenient to attach towels to the back of sun loungers on the beach and by the pool on windy days. The hotel issues beach towels on deposit, as well as an adapter for sockets. Towels can be changed at least every day to clean ones at the reception. Upon check-out, the deposit is fully refunded.
You can also deposit drinks in the dining room and bar (if they are paid), everything is summed up and you will be presented with an invoice upon eviction. Therefore, it is better to pay immediately - there will be fewer surprises at the end of the vacation)))
Eleana feeds very well, the food is delicious and varied, the five-year-old child always found something to eat. Sometimes champagne with strawberries or a cake was served for breakfast - very tasty champagne.
If you take not AI, but HB - half board, breakfast plus dinner - then drinks will be free for you only at breakfast. Dinner can be replaced with lunch by asking the reception no later than the day before, and this is very convenient. We had lunch at the hotel, and went to the city for dinner - it's not so hot to walk in the evening. Right in front of the hotel, for example, there is a wonderful inexpensive tavern of Erofili with endless cartoons, our kid checked it out.
You can pay extra on the spot and your HB will turn into an AI with full service, alcohol and ice cream by the pool. For the first two years, we traveled a lot, went to visit, went on excursions, and in this mode, half board is what we need. In 2021, they took Everything - everything is more than fine. Cocktails are delicious, ice cream by the pool all day and without restrictions.
The sea is the main jewel. We rested on Pantahou beach, equipped, well-maintained, very clean (awarded the blue flag of the EU), the water is magically turquoise and always warm. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel with a small child. It will be faster without a child)))
We will definitely come back again and again.
About the excursions from Tui that you will be offered at this hotel - over the years we have ridden a lot and on different ones, most of all we liked donkey riding and a Greek evening at the farm, an excursion "Northern Cyprus" and an excursion to Larnaca "Ancient quarters" with a fish meze. I heartily recommend it.

a great hotel with all the amenities. but it's a pity, they settled on the 1st floor in a corner room, no one has a view of the sea. but nothing, and so everything was arranged. all the staff are kind and hospitable. It is an 8-minute walk to a clean and sandy beach without stones, which is absolutely convenient. at night, the music is audible, but very quiet, you can sleep peacefully.

Great hotel. We got a room on the ground floor and instead of a balcony we had access to a small pool, sometimes we hung out there. The food is average, almost standard for Cyprus. We cleaned every day, there is a pool bar and gorgeous sun beds right in the pool. Parking, a shop, a small fitness room, a Jacuzzi and a sauna with a swimming pool. At the reception, you can take extra towels for the beach and even pack a suitcase in a film. There is a slight confusion with the elevators, there are 2 of them, those at the reception, but only one goes to the reception and to the 1st floor, the ads are hanging, but who reads them...

Terrible attitude towards hotel guests. The Russian language in the restaurant is not known, it is difficult to explain. The bill often included dinner itself, although we had paid for it, drinks are always paid, even a glass of water for 2.5 euros. The rooms are ordinary, the mattresses are hard. The pool stank of bleach, when cleaning the territory, all the dirt was drained into this pool

The food is all bland, the salads are all the same. Melons and watermelons are juicy but not sweet, but apples and pears....good. The choice of dishes is small.
