We had a vacation in September 2021 with my wife. The travel agency looked at the photos / such as on the website / and in fact, if you are Russians, then there is an option that you can be accommodated not in this hotel but in the old one next door. As it happened to us. I'll put up a photo of the old hotel. It was explained to us that there are no rooms available. The rooms are terrible, you'll see from the photos. The air conditioner did not work, you could go into the bathtub as in other things and into the bathtub itself only in slippers… But thanks to our guide Sergey, after a day everything was resolved and we were transferred to houses by the sea with rooms as in the photo on the website. That's where we already felt good. The only thing that overshadowed it was the water leaving the shower badly. Everything else is great! The food is mediocre, monotonous. Of course, there are delicious dishes, but it's not interesting to eat the same thing for 10 days. Alcohol is also not the best. The beach is great! There is a place to walk. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. But the first impression, alas, cannot be corrected. Is that why I mentioned the Russians? As it turned out, there were only Russians in that first hotel, perhaps also from the CIS. I didn't see a single European there. So be vigilant. If it hadn't been for this incident, the rest would have been tightened. But the mood was spoiled. Some people were satisfied with it, they stayed in that hotel until the end of their vacation. There were a couple of us who flew with them together and they were apparently satisfied with this situation. I believe that if you provided information and photos of such a service and I paid for it, then everything should match. In order not to be verbose, just look at the photo of the room. And there I will put up the room in which we were accommodated / which we chose/

We have been vacationing in this wonderful hotel since October 8, we arrived from Moscow, everything is fine! Excellent staff service, a variety of delicious food and drinks - we took everything included. We fell in love with Cyprus, the sea. Thank you so much to everyone who keeps the hotel clean, the chefs for the variety and delicious food - cakes, meat, fish, for the positive and pleasant stay!

A wonderful hotel. The staff is customer-oriented: the attitude is excellent, the service is excellent. The food is varied and delicious. A great place to relax with a child: Luna Park nearby, water park too. Close to the sea. We are happy with the rest.
