Thanks to the quality of the work of the ESA company, Yerevan is safely immersed in the atmosphere of the 90s. If in the 90s the lights were turned off daily according to the schedule, today in the 21st century, without a blockade, against the background of complete well-being, the lights are turned off daily, chaotically, without informing citizens about the reasons and timing of the resumption of electricity supply. The hotline phone never answers. The fact that people are sitting without light, and some of them without water, the company does not care.
But there is something that the company does particularly well. It is pointless to cut off electricity when in debt, even at half a dram. Obviously, all the efforts went here.
It sucks.
