There are so many rave reviews about scooters in this store. I also decided to share my shopping experience in this store. We bought an electric scooter Citycoco GT X3 Pro 30.04. There are no questions for the manager. Everything is cultured and polite. But the scooter itself is a complete disappointment. For that kind of money. The warranty is 12 months, but that's a big word. 12 months warranty only for the frame and folding mechanism. It's all. The rest is 1-3 months warranty. After the second trip, I already had to change the bearings on the front wheel. The batteries are at a claimed distance of about 35 km. Not enough! It was only enough for 12 km. The battery was replaced for us. But not for a new one, since it is scratched in places and does not pull on a new one (the battery is guaranteed for 3 months). I hope it will survive this season and at least the next one. Now we are changing the bearings on the two rear wheels. But we are no longer buying in this store. We buy it ourselves, with better quality. Shock absorbers are curved. Yes, in general, like everything else in this scooter. Not symmetrical. The caliper is not adjusted, the brake discs are curved, not clamped (if I understand correctly, this happened after a couple of trips). Perhaps in the latter, I will make a mistake in terms somewhere. Maybe I understand something wrong. This is from the words of another master. I have not applied to the workshop of this store anymore, because I do not see the point. As the master who was addressed said: everything is raw, crooked. No one cared about the quality. The manufacturers did it somehow. Like: it'll do! We've sold it, and that's fine. And also, as the master who was addressed said: He twisted, lubricated, compressed. We're waiting to see what happens next.
