The other day I came with a scooter bought at the Kugoo store to replace the brake pads. The day before my arrival, I called the office where I told about the problem and they told me the amount of 100 rubles (this is for replacing the brake pads in front + rear, and replacing the rear brake disc). Arriving there, I did not immediately find the entrance, and when I found it, I did not immediately realize that there was a service center in front of me... there is garbage everywhere, some wires and other junk lying at the entrance, but nothing, this should not affect the work. After waiting for the masters who briefly examined the scooter, they called the amount of 150 rubles for 2 pads (without replacing the disc), asking for what such an amount was, it turned out to be 75 rubles only for setting the brakes on ahem...a warranty scooter. Okay, forget it... I paid, and as a result, as I was without brakes, I remained without them.. This is a very unpleasant situation, we will figure it out
There is simply no worse service in Minsk. I ordered parts to restore the motorcycle in China. I've been waiting for them for more than 2 months. I brought the sealed box to the electrical center. As a result, there is no taillight and no rear seat either - although in the video and photo when the Chinese sent it all to me, it is clearly visible that these parts were included.. I don't think the Chinese specifically pulled these parts out of the box when they were sent to me. I have attached videos and photos of spare parts to the review. Never trust this service and never bring your scooters or electric vehicles here for repairs!!!! Alexander, the owner of this center, will talk to you politely and culturally at the beginning.. but in the end, in the end, there will be a boorish and completely indifferent attitude towards you and your technique. I brought my electric motorcycle here for repairs. The diagnosis was made - the controller burned out. It was impossible to fix it from Alexander's words. As a result, the solution is to install a new controller. I was promised that it would be possible to throw a Watoll controller for verification and if it does not work correctly, then as a result I can put another one more expensive. But at the beginning I was told that it would be possible to check the first one. I agreed. After 2 weeks of downtime, they gave me a controller. On the phone, I was told by Alexander's assistant that everything was ready and everything was working. I arrived and only then was I told that the controller would turn off when driving from overheating because it was too small and not designed for such powerful electrical equipment. I said that I was not satisfied with this and would like to have it replaced with another more powerful one and I am ready to pay for it. As a result, I was told that there are no other controllers there. I said that I was not satisfied with it.. But since I paid for the controller, no one naturally wanted to return the money to me. I brought a box of spare parts to their center. As a result, the taillight of the motorcycle disappeared somewhere.. the rear passenger seat. Alexander constantly with a boorish tone of voice on the phone told me on the phone that he did not have time to deal with everything. that his warehouse is full and he simply has no time to look for my spare parts - although he simply has no desire to do absolutely nothing except take money from the client. Not about any guarantee.. business ethics.. you will never see adequate behavior and attitude towards the client here!!!! Alexander doesn't give a damn that a client might leave a bad review... There is only one task in this tech center.. just make as much money as possible on you while deceiving you as much as possible, and they just don't care what happens next to you and your equipment!!!!! It is a pity that the employees of this service, who by the way are most likely qualified specialists, have to put up with Alexander. The sole proprietor is not registered in Minsk, so if you have some kind of conflict situation, then you will have to sue in another city, which I will do in principle...
There is also a story about the Kugo store.by and about this service center as they cooperate. Last year I bought a Kugo m4 pro, there was a faulty akum out of the box (as it turned out later, the imbalance, although they assure everywhere that they check scooters for marriage) was delayed for a month, only by my perseverance I managed to get it taken to the SC, fixed. After 4 months, the akum stopped working again, sent it to the same SC (30p delivery, 75p diagnostics), they called and said that something burned down there due to the fact that I drove on flat wheels (pumped up to 3.5 atm every week), to which I was told that I needed 4.5 atm, they write everywhere on the Internet about 3.5 atm, they gave me 630p for fixing and replacing the brakes) I already realized that there was something suspicious just by the intonation of the SC employee that he was coming up with a problem, but when asked I would leave for another season for these 630p, I was told that I would leave even two, I agreed to repair. A week passes, I get a call from the SC and they tell me that I have a whole line on the akuma damaged and they say it can't be fixed, they offered a new akum for 1500r) (exactly the same new scooter on Valdbiris costs 1600r).
Conclusion: From the first day of purchase, I received only negative emotions, yes, for 4 months I rode everything was fine, but excuse me, the 2000 rubles that I gave flew into the trash. They do not want to fulfill all their warranty obligations, and if they do, they are very, very tight.
The first time I gave it to the SC, I sent it with a box, so the scooter was sent back to me in someone else's box with someone else's warranty card in someone else's name, they changed it back. There are a lot of doubts about the competence and honesty of the SC.
A week later, I bought a new scooter. Today they called from the SC and said that it was overplayed and they got a scooter from an accident with a working akum and they are ready to put it in my scooter for only 350r, I refused the offer, said that I bought a new one, to which I was offered to buy it for 350r, and then hesitated and were like, "oh, there's a lot of work we do now we will talk to the master again," they called back and offered 250 rubles, to which I said thank you for the generous offer, send me the scooter back.
Well, draw conclusions about how cool the store works, what their SC and what high-quality scooters of the company Kugo.
Thanks for your attention
