I want to share my impressive experience of visiting the electric scooter repair shop where I serviced my Kugoo M4Pro+. I'll tell you right away: It was one of the most enjoyable and professional services I've ever encountered!
From the very beginning, I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of the workshop. Cleanliness, order and modern equipment immediately inspired confidence. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The manager asked me in detail about the problems with the scooter, clarified what symptoms were bothering me, and suggested a diagnosis. It's nice that they didn't immediately impose additional services, but really wanted to understand the essence of the problem.
The diagnosis took quite a bit of time, and they explained to me in detail what the malfunction was. It turned out that the problem was bearing wear and a slight malfunction in the controller. The master not only named the exact cost of the repair, but also offered several solutions so that I could choose the best one for myself. The prices turned out to be very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and the level of service.
The repairs were completed on time, which was announced initially, and it's always nice. When I picked up my Kugoo M4Pro+, it looked and worked like new! The master even gave a short instruction on how to care for the scooter in order to avoid similar problems in the future. This is really a concern for the customer, which is not so common.
I would also like to note that after the repair, I received a call a few days later to clarify whether everything was in order with the scooter and whether I was satisfied with the service. This attitude indicates a high level of service and responsibility for their work.
As a result, I was not only satisfied, but absolutely delighted! If you have an electric scooter and you are looking for a reliable workshop where they really know their business, then I highly recommend this workshop. They deserve the highest appreciation and gratitude for their professionalism, care and quality of work. Thank you for the excellent service!

Smart guys, they quickly made tire repairs for the scooter and gave recommendations on how not to puncture the wheels again in the future.
