I have contacted the service more than once. They helped to fix problems that I couldn't handle myself. The last repair was with USB ports - but it turned out to be a crooked Windows - the issue was resolved without taking into account the download of the service. Why 4? There was a case!

I handed over the system unit for repair. Problem: The game crashes. A few months later, he returned with the same problem. They said they would do it in 2-3 days. I took it back only after 3 weeks. A week later, I noticed that the problem had not disappeared.
