I have heard a lot of laudatory reviews about the institution, so we gathered together and came from another city on Saturday. We have reserved a table in the common room. Tables for 6 people are designed. At 21:00, only 2 tables were sitting, mostly people approach 23. We liked the music, the DJ was working, which pleased us, and the songs were not included from YouTube. Food and alcohol are delicious and inexpensive. Pizza and pad thai are delicious. Poke - fresh tuna, but a serving of 280g. People danced and rested, without rowdiness, because security worked and monitored the safety of the guests. We also want to visit karaoke.
And, by the way, it should also be noted that the toilets are clean and pleasantly smelling, it is clear that they keep order.

The service was terrible, they ordered a table for the evening, the tables were terribly dirty and sticky, they wiped themselves with wet wipes, the waiters came up at most 3 times in the interval from 19.00 to 01.00 all the time they had to go to the bar themselves…
We ordered one of the most expensive wines on the menu, it tasted like some kind of dampness, it's unclear how and where it was stored…
The administrator is incompetent, they ordered one salad, in fact they brought another, and the administrator made us wrong, and proved that this was the salad that we ordered, but we saw the difference from the menu, and when the receipt was brought, we still realized that we were right, but the administrator stood her ground…
Of course, I understand that there is one entertainment venue in the city, but at least the minimum level in which guests can feel comfortable can be maintained…

Приезжали компанией в Новолукомль, два раза пришлось заходить в это заведение. В первый день мы ждали пиццу полтора часа по времени, не дождались и ушли без нее.
Обслуживание хромает: официанты не подходят, приходится их постоянно дергать, большая часть из них ходит с недовольными лицами (у нас 2 дня была официант Виктория, с ней были постоянные проблемы: то забыла принести сахар, то разбила тарелку с едой прям перед нашим столом, то приходилось ее очень долго ждать. Кинула счёт на стол, в то время, как мы ещё ели, сказала:" рассчитайте, кто сколько должен", первый чек посчитала неправильно, потом сказала, что остальные два надо идти закрывать на бар). Очень жаль, что такие проблемы с обслуживанием, ведь кухня довольно вкусная, по еде не было никаких проблем.
