I came here with a clogged laptop power connector. They immediately said that the connector was broken and the contact layer had somehow miraculously fallen off. I thought, well, maybe they overworked, got tired, rested and figured it out, left it. We diagnosed it for 10 days and came to the conclusion that it is necessary to change the cable with the connector (not for cheap, the extra charge for the cable is 1.5-2 times, and the work itself is about $ 20). But if I refuse to change the cable, they have ALREADY carried out work (which was not ordered) on cleaning and soldering the old connector and you need to pay for them. :) I paid for the diagnosis and took it away. The connector was still not working. I cleaned it with a match and a contact cleaner, and, lo and behold, everything worked and is still working. When I was with an elderly man, they counted the amount in dollars at a highly inflated exchange rate. But they do all this VERY politely. P.S. Don't their actions lead to fraud? I hope one day they will run into a comrade colonel in civilian clothes.
