When asked why not the entire amount, there were excuses that the buyer was to blame, that they sent another product, and not the ordered one, that the product was sent to the return address (the address of the sender, the seller) and to somewhere else. They offered to complain anywhere, it's useless anyway. and the buyer is to blame for everything. Do not believe, they will be deceived and you will also be guilty of what you bought from them. They'll also shit in your soul for your money.
