We were buying a coffee machine at 12.03 p.m., a man with a delonghi branded T-shirt approached us, and then a guy dressed all in black intercepted us. We remembered from the voice that we once chose a vacuum cleaner for a huge area , and this guy in black tried to give us some kind of Chinese for the small size of the house at an atomic price , and also your miracle guarantee from above , saying it was cheaper . As soon as we realized that this was a divorce and refused , it was immediately the wind blew away from us))))) We decided to see what would happen to the coffee machine, the same nonsense))) I tried to get some kind of monthly cleaning for 90 rubles, like, referring to the fact that cleaning is usually 150 rubles))) but we live in the 21st century, everything can be checked. We said that there was a person who would clean it, he said with a grin "for free?", I replied "yes" and as a result he was also washed away by the wind)))))))
I wanted to thank the man with the branded T-shirt very much, unfortunately I didn't remember his last name, but we are very grateful for the help, for telling us everything clearly and clearly, without any extra money, etc. I wish there were more such consultants. I bought a DeLonghi coffee machine with an extended warranty in the Electrosila store. At the time of purchase, we were told that in a year it should be handed over for maintenance so that the car would last longer. So we did, but as a result we were extremely dissatisfied - the coffee machine replaced the native tray with components with the old one, which was clearly taken from another coffee machine. The same thing happened with the cappuccino machine. There is nothing to say about maintenance, because it simply did not exist, and the coffee machine was returned in a dirty state, filled with unknown things and at the same time with ground coffee. After submitting complaints, they replied that this was a minor defect and the product could not be replaced or returned. I strongly advise you not to go to this store for shopping, as well as to take an extended warranty, since this is Filkin's letter - just wasted money.
