05/29/2024 I bought an LG OLED65C3RLA TV in the store (located in the TRIO shopping center). I was pleased with the professionalism of the employees who helped with the purchase, in particular Ekaterina (there was only a name on the badge) - she processed bank documents, as well as Vladimir Chernyarov - advised on the product, its features, and also assisted in loading the TV into the car. I was satisfied with their work, and therefore I ask the store management to encourage these specialists.

I purchased an MSI laptop. After more than half a year, I discovered incorrect operation of the device, tested it and came across a number of problems. I decided to take it under warranty, having previously recorded a video and attached screenshots indicating a malfunction.
The "certified" (not the official repair service of MSI) did not identify the defect, but gave several recommendations for operation (a la - you need to use it in extreme mode), despite the fact that the laptop in my main operation (not games) does not consume 70% of its resource. At the same time, in games and tests, it can be seen that the temperature regularly jumps above normal (gpu and cpu up to 99 °, at a rate of 85-95).
The laptop returned, but no recommendations fixed its performance, the same scenario, the same problem, with which the "experts of the SC" tested the laptop in the game, with their words were 3 hours "and even left the game for the whole night," but when I turned on that very game, I was greeted by the inscription - "time spent in the game 37min." Reading numerous reviews and forums, I have seen quite a few similar appeals, even with the same defect, but most users wrote that the company had no problems exchanging equipment or returning money.
I sent it again, again the defect was not detected. And again, I had to record new videos, more screenshots and a huge textual description of the problem, a comparison of technical characteristics and system requirements indicating that the operation of this model does not meet the technical specifications, despite the fact that the defect is obvious, which is clearly seen in numerous videos, in pm and the store employees who were shown the defect expressed the agreement is that the laptop should not work like this, with such parameters. As you can already understand, the third appeal did not give any result. The "specialists" of the SC again gave feedback that they tested the laptop, although in the 2015 game, it's funny, but alas, incorrect operation is visible on their video, even in the 2015 game, but apparently - if the laptop does not turn off from this, then there is no defect (circus).
At the same time, each shipment takes 2 weeks or more, i.e. in total I spent more than 6 weeks without working equipment, the whole situation stretched out and in general for a little over 3 months, and the warranty period expired.
The store 's management , in turn , has no solutions . No loyalty program works the same way, despite the fact that I am a regular customer. We have not found a solution to this problem. The store itself only humbly bends under the supplier and under the hired SC (RRS), which has certifications for servicing this brand. The store does not have another alternative shopping center either. All that the store can offer in such a situation is to send it again, or use an independent examination, which will take months again.
It is funny and strange that such a large network has its hands tied with regard to the quality of warranty service.
The SC or the supplier works in the same way, only 1% of people will apply for an independent examination, and this is what they hope for.
