Terrible store in Vitebsk, Trio shopping center. They give you an additional guarantee, for which you have to pay fraudulently. They say that if we do not use this guarantee, the amount will be refunded to the bonus card with bonuses that we can use to pay for the purchase in full. When it was time to return their money, they had already said that you can pay for the goods with bonuses of only 15% of the cost, but the goods should not be on the promotion. As a result, we bought 2 products with this service and gave money to these "wonderful" sellers in the amount of 489 rubles. We can't return them. There are no conditions written in the documents that I signed about this additional guarantee. I also want to mention the boorish communication with clients. You come to buy a certain product, a certain company, so they begin to persuade you to buy the product that they want to sell, if you refuse, they begin to behave incorrectly. They cheat people for the sake of bonuses, profit at someone else's expense. They write positive reviews on the site themselves. This store should be avoided. And the prices there are very often higher than in the 5th element and the 21st century, and much higher.
