In recent years, they have somehow made more reasonable prices and now there is almost no separation from online stores, which of course pleases, and they have a lot of things on order, they bring them to the right store quite quickly.
We chose a vertical vacuum cleaner with my husband. Not a single seller came up and consulted. They took a vacuum cleaner from the window themselves and turned it on to check, the store director immediately ran up and began to complain, saying that they couldn't do that, you wouldn't buy this vacuum cleaner later. At the same time, he did not send us a seller who could advise us. Then the saleswoman came up, who did not know at all where the battery was in this vacuum cleaner and how it was charged. As a result, we took away this vacuum cleaner, but the sediment was not pleasant. Sellers on Sovetskaya 97 are much nicer and consult better, unfortunately they did not have this model in stock.
