I bought an LG microwave oven. A week later, there was a knock in the plate drive (it began to rotate with a delay). I returned it to the store to be replaced with another one. The exchange was made 1.5 months later! We were waiting for the faulty stove to be repaired and returned to the store. In the new one, the same defet was found after half an hour of use. When I called the store, I was assured that it could be exchanged for a repaired one. Bottom line: when checking (within 1 minute!)the store did not notice the defect, refused to make an exchange, they began to convince me that it allegedly seemed to me that it was defective!! I apparently have poor eyesight, and a lot of free time to carry goods back and forth!
The staff is polite and great when you buy something. In other cases, the approach is: all problems are your problems.

Like all shops of the Electrosila network, the assortment is large, the location is convenient, there are no hardware stores in the nearest area.
But not all consultants are literate (they do not know the characteristics of the assortment), but maybe I have come across such. In principle, this problem is found in many stores.
I want to leave a review regarding the company's cooperation with questionable partners. I think this is extortion of money from the population. We bought a TV in 2017 and sold the services of the guarantor service together with it under the pretext that after 4 years we can return the money. And so I contacted the company today, and was refused, since the sale is in the contract on September 16, 2017. Which means it's already my problem that I didn't apply a month ago. In 4 years, you can forget when you bought the product! I didn't come in six months or a year, just the human factor! They sold my mother an extra service, as they usually like to deceive us with such a lure - a refund, but in fact it turned out like this - they fed the left office with money. DO NOT TAKE SERVICE OFFERS FROM LEFT-WING OFFICES, and if you do, set an alarm clock for 4 years, because they will not call you and remind you, but you will forget! Minus the company for cooperation with such underground offices!
A great store, I ordered a PHILIPS TV, it was delivered from another city, brought, unpacked, shown. I especially liked the work of sales consultant Sergey Mitrakhovich, a competent employee who knows his business perfectly. I received the most understandable and detailed information. We compared them with other models, conducted the tests I was interested in, and even discussed another model of the TV I was interested in, which I will come to you for!
I bought a watch here. Everything was fine until I met a consultant. Dmitry's name seems to be, he's tall. After my refusal of the guarantee, she started talking to me on "leave me alone", showed nothing more, did not tell me anything. After the payment, he almost threw me this box and left.

A good store, we bought a Bosch oven. The seller Artem gave competent advice, told all the advantages and disadvantages, drew a parallel with other manufacturers, which made it possible to make the right choice.
I bought a smartphone here. We pre-selected it on the website and ordered it just to come, pay and pick it up. The manager called back and confirmed the order.
Upon arrival at the store, the consultant tried to sell another model for half an hour, and reacted very poorly to requests to give me my order.
When I finally agreed, it turned out that this phone was 100 rubles more expensive at the checkout. As a result, the staff spent another hour to make a discount to the price on the site.
To come for a pre-ordered phone and spend an hour and a half on it... It's STRONG.
I will not buy any more here and I do not recommend it to you.

We bought a phone a year and a half ago. We were literally "shoved into the shoulders" of the "Garant service premium" service for 18 months. And they explained that after this time, i.e. 02/22/2019, we will get this money back if we do not use this service.The deadline has come, I have not used the service, NO ONE WILL RETURN THE MONEY!!!! If you want, write an application for a refund and you will be refunded with BONUSES to the bonus card!!!!!With these bonuses, I will be able to pay only 15% of the cost of the product!!!! The question is, WHY DO I NEED BONUSES??? For the whole year and a half, THEY used my money, they did not provide me with any service, and they are not going to return it. Isn't that cheating!!!??? People, we are just being bred!!!! Never use this service, and in general there is nothing to do in this store!!!!!!!Take care of your money and nerves!!!

Sellers do not know the product, they look at it on the computer. The manager has no answers, but they could have looked at it themselves and so on. The staff does not solve controversial issues at all. I won't ever go there again. This is the worst purchase and the most terrible staff
