We waited for 20 minutes at an empty cash register (or whatever you have) where one woman was served (one consultant, if there are several others who are absolutely not busy, although, of course, this is my subjective opinion, perhaps they have more important things to do than serve a client, discuss news, for example) and received a question from passers-by three times past the consultants, "have you been paid?" (to which a positive answer was given), I asked a logical question. The whole point of which was expressed in a very polite way to all the employees of the store present, and was a simple "can I be served already, please?". After all, everyone had enough time to ask if it was "paid".
