Call another number (they say the number) you call this number, they give you another number, they say they will call you back in an hour, no one called after an hour. I dialed them again, again the same thing from number to number, and again they promised to call me back in an hour... And so 7 times, 5 days have passed and no one has called back. I'm furious, I just want to buy a couple of parts, but it feels like I'm buying a car from Germany by ferry
I made an order on the website, a day and a half later they called me and told me the most standard story in Armenia (we have technical problems here, we can only bring it tomorrow). Of course, I demanded a refund, and of course they were offended at me.

The place is curious. I somehow had a need to buy a USB adapter for Type C. I started looking at where this adapter can be bought in Yerevan with delivery and came across this place - I found the right USB 3.0 adapter for Type C. I made an order in the evening, the next day the order was delivered to me - I sat, did not leave the house anywhere according to the plans until the order was delivered. As a result, they brought not what was needed, but an adapter from Type C to USB - the opposite of what was needed. I called and said that the wrong product had been sent, after which they said that my product would be delivered to me tomorrow and I would need to give back the one that was brought to me. In the morning I get a call that I will receive my product within an hour and receive it in the middle of the day. I go down to the courier and he gives me exactly the same box with the wrong product, which has already been delivered. I say that it's like exactly the same thing and not what is needed, to which the courier said, let's open the box and check it - we open it, but it's empty at all. Bringing the wrong product the first time, and bringing it back the second time with an empty box sounds good. Phone calls begin, where I explain for the hundredth time exactly which adapter I need and that I was sent the wrong one again. The courier offered me a refund option and for me to go to the store myself and take what I needed, to which, of course, I said that I didn't need this money to hell - I needed the product and I wasn't going to go after it, otherwise why else would I take courier delivery. As a result, I was told that my adapter would be brought to me at 9 PM today, which of course I didn't really like (and it wasn't the courier who would bring it, as I understood, but either the manager or the owner of the store - something like that). It's 9 p.m., no one is calling me, I can't get through anywhere and I'm calling the courier. He says that he should not bring the adapter to me, to which I say that I know, but no one picks up the phone and does not call me. The courier called the brother of either the manager or the owner, because he did not answer the phone, and told them to call me. As a result, they called me almost at 10 p.m. and said that there would be an adapter of the format I needed, but from a different company. He tells me - "It will be without a box, this is the adapter that I use (like the adapter that he used, literally used), but the company is good, such an adapter costs 5-6 thousand drams and is more expensive than the adapter from the order. Is it okay?". I just want to get my product and that's it, I think, even if it was used by someone, as long as this nonsense ends. Well, if a person says that he is more expensive, then OK. I also said that I could keep the wrong adapter that was sent to me by mistake - I really don't feel hot or cold from it, of course. In general, the adapter I need has finally been brought, I stick it in - it works. Hooray. For the sake of interest, I decided to look at what kind of adapter it is, that it is more expensive than what I ordered and I see on the Internet that such an adapter costs 200-250 rubles :). Plus, the adapter that I ordered accepted USB 3.0, and this one accepted 2.0 (3.0 supports faster transmission, etc., in other words, 3.0 is better, which is not critical in principle, but as a result I got as if the adapter was worse than I ordered, and besides used).
This is how an anecdote turned out based on the results of the whole situation, where an elementary order for an adapter turns into some kind of absurd sketch, according to the results of which I also remain deceived (lying about the adapter is strong, of course).
Make your own conclusion. If you still want to buy something from here, you should not take delivery - they will bring the wrong thing, and even with an empty box. And if you go into the store, again check how the box would not be empty.
