Wonderful salon! Both with regard to specialists and with regard to the interior)) Courtesy, customer care, cleanliness, beauty- everything is here. I've been going to Irena's cosmetologist for many years now. A wonderful master of his craft, a true professional! I leave her feeling really inspired)), I'm happy with my skin after her magical manipulations! Thanks to Irena and everyone who created such a pleasant place for women!

I was at the spa complex for 150 minutes.
Unfortunately, the expectation did not match reality. In places of this kind and in procedures of this nature, you expect complete relaxation and care. The details were summed up - the same towel after two showers (after the second shower it was not clear to them to dry off - it was already wet and cold), before the massage they did not offer to change the disposable underwear wet after twice showering. The massage was not relaxing, but like a sports massage. As a result, I didn't like it. At all. Perhaps individual treatments themselves have a place to be in the version in which they are provided at Elena Spa. But as a complex, it's a complete failure in terms of service.
Regarding floating, who doesn't know - it's dry here, not classic.
And an appeal to the administration is that it is better to do a massage on a regular massage couch. Some kind of aqua couch is a so-so solution: something is bubbling and buzzing all the time, and my head is completely uncomfortable.
