I once bought a shawarma at this institution on the advice of friends (Before that, we lived in Minsk, and tried a lot of fast food cafes there)

The second time we bought a shawarma, (the girl was cooking,) in the shawarma it felt like they put only one cabbage !(we remembered the advice of friends that you need to buy from a guy)
We decided to buy it for the third time (we were driving in the evening after work )
There was a short guy with a tattoo (like the first time another guy did shawarma )but not the point !Shawarma and the third time it turned out to be actually one cabbage !

Today, another attempt finally failed: after calling for pre-order, they said that it was prepared exclusively in the park near the castle, having arrived there and it was not available there. As a lover of this dish, I came here specifically for it, it would be great if all the dishes from the menu were constantly available in the cafe. I hope the cafe management will take this review into account and will monitor the availability of all dishes on the menu.
In addition to all of the above, I want to note the incompetence of the staff, who still managed to argue with the client and referred to the lack of a dish because the director does not buy the right amount of ingredients and the quesadilla is available only from 11 to 13.

Подберите, пожалуйста, новый способ заворачивания шаурмы. Встретила в своей шаве ужасную скрутку лаваша. Одна сторона представляет из себя огромное количество слоев лаваша, а вторая лопнула, потому что был 1 слой.

Не вкусно , скрутка неправильная , мясо огромные куски полежавшее в мармитке, погретое, но при этом стоит ещё 1 шишка греется, продукты не сочитаются между собой, граммовок нет в меню.

Заказал итальянскую, по совету персонала, много лаваша, развалилась вся, и впервые ел шаурму в которой была колбаса салями. Мне не понравилась. Но это мое мнение, может другие и лучше.

Приехала в Несвиж, решила насладится вкусной шаурмой, взяла заказ у девушки, отвечала очень резко и грубо, готовит как оказалось она не очень, много сухого лаваша, соуса вообще не присутствует. В прошлый раз мне готовил парень, был очень доброжелатен и шаурма оказалось очень сочной и вкусной. Моя просьба не давать девушке готовить!

К сожалению очень долгое обслуживание, всех кто пришел за мной обслужили вперед меня, все включая драники и лук жарят в одном фритюре, на одном масле. Половина, что есть в меню не существует

Был проездом в Несвиже, зашол в Ели за шаухой, отдал 17 рублей за 2 большие шаухи, дома пришлось самому делать соус к ней. Вы бакланы че не в курсе что шауху делают с соусом? Ладно бы в одной не было его, так обе сухие. Короче в эту рыгаловку больше не ногой. Желаю вам одного клиента в пол года, и то чтоб только за кофе зашол.

Приехали погостить с другого города. С девушкой сотрудником общались вежливо, с её стороны была неприкрытая грубость и недовольство от обычных вопросов. Сказала ждать 20мин, мы пришли через 18, спросили, может готово. В ответ "а я вам сколько сказала, столько и ждите". Вернулись ещё через 5мин - не готово. В итоге общее время 35мин. Ну как-то негостеприимно что-ли. Сама шаурма просто нормальная

Во первых очень вкусно. Во вторых ребята вежливые и предупредительные, при заказе сразу уточнили по соусам, что бывает не везде. В третьих, будучи проездом в городе без проблем нашли. Рекомендую!

Персонал очень вежливый и общительный,атмосфера очень дружеская и уютная. Еду не приходится ждать долго все делают очень быстро и качественно, еда просто на высшем уровне
