The work of the staff is 5 out of 5, polite, adequate, everything is fine.
Hotel 2 out of 5. there is no kettle in the rooms at the ski base... one bottle of water for two people for two days. there is no ventilation in the bathroom, or rather it is there, but it is sealed with a bag. it's time to change the trays and watering cans in the shower, and clean the shelf for soap accessories from the dirt layer. There's a lot of noise at night, kids running around, drunk people yelling and laughing, and there's no administrator for that. but you can't bring food into the rooms.
The rental is 1 out of 5, the equipment is dead, even destroyed, they do not know how or do not want to rearrange the fasteners, they do not know the dimensions of the snowboards. they don't monitor how the equipment is handled.
The tracks are 2 out of 5, there is a lot of ice and rocks, they do not look after people who do not have a brain, they do not explain how not to behave on the track.
The restaurant is 4 out of 5, the food is delicious, but the price tag is too high.

For beginners, the most important thing is that there are steeper slopes, who already know how and have learned to ride, but the tracks are not big and there are only two of them))). And you can also ride between the trees.
After the Electricity, you can go to Almaty. There are more picturesque mountains and more trails.

The owner's idea was not bad to make a pool in the fresh air, it is clear that a lot of money has been invested, but as expected, the staff is impolite, the managing director is generally rude, talks to customers with obvious disrespect and sometimes even with aggression. We wanted to spend a pleasant evening with the children, but in the end we got disappointed and offended by the staff, not a foot more until they learn how to treat customers with respect. And the price, of course, I paid 30 thousand for my family, for an hour and a half of swimming in a pool that stinks of chlorine, and they also gave me a hard time.... The managing director is just rude. Disappointment.

We are at a loss, why then invite us, since the weather is bad?! There is no answer. They asked me to wait for an hour. And then nothing happened, the highway was closed and we could no longer get to Borovoye. It was only after an hour and a half of waiting in the car on the highway from Kokchetav that we were allowed to pass. A great place for not very advanced skiers. There is a ski equipment rental, a lift, a hotel, a restaurant. The hotel is a bit expensive, but there is no alternative. The slope height difference is 200 m. I recommend you to visit.
