Positive. The best design, clean, beautiful, view of Ararat. Minuses. There is no buffet, breakfast is simple and there are only 2 options to choose from. The location is remote from the center and the metro, accessible on foot via a bridge or by bus. There are no heating elements (batteries) in the rooms - dry clothes in the room only with the window open.

Stayed for 3 nights, nice place with good staff! Everything in the hotel is new, everything is clean, all the necessary accessories are available 🥰 White bed linen,heating in the room,beautiful view from the window in the room overlooking the gorge 😍
