The location of the hotel is really good, while not for demanding tourists in the spirit of "price-quality".
Of the advantages: good and familiar food, not far from the ancient city and the sea nearby
Of the cons: there is no cleaning. We lived all 10 days with someone else's black hair on the floor. The hostess Rosa does not speak Russian or pretends to, but a couple of times she witnessed situations when people came to complain to her, and she pretended that she did not understand. The Internet does not catch everywhere, and it is expensive to buy a SIM card.
We chose this hotel based on the price, because we understood that we would only spend the night in the room, but those who want the best service and atmosphere - look for something else.
Below we wrote about an inadequate Turk at the tour desk. My husband and I were also cursed, because we did not buy a tour from him.
Don't come to him!
There is a nice guy Elmar on Selenium Beach - they took a tour from him and everything was OK.
For a budget vacation, it's just super! Near the beach, the entire infrastructure. The food is modest, but delicious. I especially liked the watermelons! There are no animations. Alcohol in limited quantities. A great hotel for a beach holiday!
A great hotel for a relaxing holiday. The food is excellent. The rooms are cozy, but require cosmetic repairs. The most important thing is to get to the sea in 2 minutes on foot!!! Who needs rides, festivities until morning are definitely not here for you.
They were in July 2024. For a 3-star hotel, in principle, it is normal, of course, a shabby territory, in the style of a country house, with a full load of the hotel, the food has deteriorated slightly compared to an incomplete load of guests. There are always pancakes, eggs of various preparations, sausages for breakfast. Side dishes are diverse, French fries every day, rice, horns, cauliflower, broccoli, boiled corn and peas, rustic potatoes (too fat). Chicken wings, less often legs, nuggets are local. Watermelons are always there. There is a sweet snack between lunch and dinner by the pool. The room stock is about 40 rooms, bartenders and waiters are normal guys, drinks are prompt and other issues. The rooms are cleaned only with a vacuum cleaner and very slowly. The hostess of the hotel lives on the territory of the hotel itself, at breakfasts / lunches / dinners she sits at her own separate table. It is 2 minutes to the sea, but 10 minutes to the hotel beach along the embankment to the right, there are sometimes not enough sun beds with an umbrella, who comes later. The location of the hotel is good, the ancient city is nearby, cafes and shops are also all close. Caution! On the way to the beach from the hotel, there is a shop on the left corner selling excursions, the Turks there are inadequate and with dislike for Russians. There was a case, in the evening we returned to the hotel without my husband, so that Turk began to speak Russian after us. When my husband later approached him to sort it out, the Turk apologized, asked not to tell anyone about him. There is such a goat there, I really wanted to answer him not only with a word, probably someday he will fly for it.
Russians, Belarusians and a Turkish couple of the same age lived in the hotel.
I vacationed at Elis Beach for a week in early August with two children: 9 years and 10 months old. It took an hour and a half to get from the airport. On the way back, we took a private transfer to get there twice as fast and more comfortable. The room was standard, with a large bed and a cot (cots for small children are not provided, so the youngest slept in a stroller all week). It was located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool: yes, it's noisy during the day, but for me it's not scary. Thick curtains were hung on the windows to hide from outsiders. The condition of furniture and plumbing is excellent. The air conditioner is old, but working. When checking in, the room smelled strongly of bleach, apparently everything was washed beforehand, however, I almost suffocated)) nevertheless, I did not dare to let the youngest child crawl on the floor.
The hotel staff left a double impression: the hostess is very smiling, but rather it is feigned and not from the heart, speaks English and Turkish well, of course. The cleaners do not understand any language other than Turkish, so it is impossible to negotiate or ask them for something. One day, the cleaning coincided with the sleep of the youngest child, I asked the girl not to clean today, to which she began to convince me, "I have to, I have to." And the other day they didn't come to clean at all: they looked in once while I was in the bathroom, and never came back. Usually, they vacuum, wash the floor, make the bed and change the towels (if you need a replacement, throw them on the floor). But in the dining room, the staff is friendly and attentive, I liked everything.
I would like to pay special attention to nutrition: it is very good for such a hotel. We were never hungry: rice, French fries or pasta on the side, cucumbers / tomatoes /onions /greens in different variations, some baked or stewed vegetables, chicken, desserts, watermelon and melon, apples, sauces, drinks. All sorts of sprites and pepsi unlimited - at least get drunk)) the only thing I didn't like breakfast: partially the same dishes as for lunch, oatmeal and milk standing next to it (we didn't understand how to make porridge), no baking, except for a huge loaf, or at least pancakes with pancakes. Cleanliness in the kitchen, again, is a C-grade: the dishes themselves are excellent, but the furniture is "tubby".
The location of the hotel couldn't be better! 2 minutes to the sea, 7-10 minutes to the ancient Side, in the other direction from it there is also a shopping area: waikiki, McDonald's, burger King, supermarkets, local markets. I especially recommend the A101, which is a supermarket for locals. The prices there will pleasantly surprise you) it is located next to the bank across the street from the cemetery. There are many small shops and cafes around the hotel itself, and there is also an exchange rate of 3.3 rubles per lira.
The sea and the beach. I didn't like being on the beach with the kids. Yes, if you want to swim right near the hotel, then there will be no problems. But it is impossible to equip a sunbed and take an umbrella there, since the beach is for adults, even for money. If you go to the beach, where we were given a chaise longue and an umbrella for free, then it's 10-15 minutes to the right along the beach. The sun beds there are full of holes, dirty, there is a lot of garbage in the sand, the sea with fences in the form of ropes. In general, we spent the whole vacation by the pool)) an adult is 155 cm deep and a child is knee-deep. There is a bar by the pool with a coffee machine, a cooler and Falez juices, as well as soda pours.
The contingent is good. Germans and Russians mostly rest. My daughter found friends, despite the language barrier: they communicated in sign language)) everyone is friendly to Russians, no negativity. Maybe it depends on the specific people.
There is not much entertainment for children, only swings, slides and wheelchairs on the lawn near the dining room.
Overall, the impression of the holiday remained very good! Considering that the vacation cost us 120 thousand rubles with the flight and transfer, I did not build high expectations at all. On the contrary, the hotel surpassed them))
If you want to experience for yourself what real disappointment means, then this hotel is exactly what you need! The rooms here look like they haven't been updated since they opened. Shabby walls and furniture that remembers the best of times are just the beginning. The air conditioner works every other time, and if you're lucky, you'll be able to enjoy the coolness for at least a couple of minutes a day. In addition, the lighting does not work partially (only 2 out of 5 lighting devices work), one of the two sockets does not work
As for the food, I don't even know how to describe it. A terrible monotonous kitchen that makes you dream of a homemade dinner. Every meal is a real torture for the taste buds.
And at the exit of the hotel you are greeted by something terrible — a garbage dump, which seems to symbolize my entire experience here. If you are looking for a place to stay, I strongly recommend that you stay away from this "resort". It's better to spend time anywhere than here!
Pros- there was delicious food, but the choice is very small. Sometimes there weren't even any fresh vegetables. But they always brought it on request. Close to the old town, to the sea. If you need a hotel in order not to sit in it, then this is a great option. Clean, safe, there is food. The air conditioner is working, the linen is clean
We booked a ticket to this hotel, we chose it because of its location. A notification arrived 3 days in advance that the hotel could not accept due to technical reasons. We were offered another hotel, but further from the sea and the city. On vacation, we decided to walk to the hotel, see if it works or not, as a result, it works normally. It was not clear what the technical reasons were.
A good vacation at the sea, the food is not very varied, but you will not be hungry, the beach is far from the hotel, but in general everything is fine.
A great family hotel for 3*.The location is excellent, 5 minutes to the sea.Nearby there is an Antique Side and a bus station, cafes, restaurants, shops all around. The food is not rich, but delicious, you will not be hungry. The hostess Rosa is always at the hotel, a good-natured woman, always helps. The staff is also good.In general, everything was fine.
For the first time in the Turkish troika. We stopped by and how we got to the Krasnodar Territory to see Aunt Rosa.
The hotel has two floors, 38 rooms. The room is clean. They clean it every day. The underwear is white, but it also comes across with holes. First, they settled in a triple room. When meeting the guide, we were asked to move us to another room, because our balcony bordered the entrance to the restaurant. As a result, the next day we were moved to a double room opposite, and put a cot for the youngest daughter of 10 years old. The balcony overlooked the pool. Although we got used to the previous room and everything seemed not so bad for the past two days. They didn't come to meet us. Although there were three-bed rooms available, or two people lived in a three-bed room. As a result, we really enjoyed living in this room.
Thank you very much to the cook. Everything was fresh and delicious. We came to the opening and there were no problems. There was enough of everything. The waiters are efficient.
In the bar, tea, coffee, wine from large bottles, delicious beer, pepsi, fanta are also bottled. All kinds of music. Which people are more numerous is included.
The Internet is free, but it doesn't always catch in the room.
Turkish Night animation and belly dancing were performed twice a week.
There were compatriots from Murmansk, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod. And also Poles, Germans, Turks. Without unnecessary unnecessary emotions. People were resting)
The old town is 10 minutes away. We went for a walk in the evening. We got up twice in the morning and at 6 a.m. we were already admiring the dawn over the Ancient city.
The eldest daughter was grateful for the chosen hotel and for the cost of 121 thousand two adults and a child), and for the successful location)
The sea is gorgeous, its own beach is a 10-minute walk away. There have always been sun beds. We swam in the sea with other tourists and heard about the horrors of staying in other three-star hotels. We made sure that by reading the reviews, we made the right choice)
It's passable for three stars. Drinkers are not very comfortable, the bartender from the pool bar (any one) constantly leaves for other hotel business. I don't know, I got the impression that they hate the guests a little bit))) Like, the freaks are here, but we need the money... The rest of the shortcomings are outlined in other reviews of this hotel, but they either did not annoy me, or I did not see them at all...
Vacationed with my wife this summer from June 16 to 24.We were at this hotel last summer around the same time.I want to talk about significant changes for the better. We arrived at the hotel at 23-30 at night, we were met, fed, and taken to a room on the second floor. In the morning, workers with shampoo wash the entire area near the pool and around the hotel. The pool is cleaned and chlorinated in the morning. The breakfasts are quite normal, the lunches were also given meat, fish and shish kebab fried.Dinners generally went well in the clearing, no one complained, the cook cooks well. Those who do not like it, need to go to 4 or 5 star hotels.Although, when communicating with other vacationers, many complain about both the service and the check-in at the hotel .Yes, the hotel does not have a beach, but we basically did not need it, we went to the sea to sunbathe and swim, and sun beds can be bought from any hotel. Now, as for room cleaning, everything was cleaned well, towels were changed after two days, toilet paper was not asked, they just came to the room everything was in the bathroom in its place.Even the one-time slippers were changed after three days.In general, the price and quality correspond to this hotel.Special thanks to administrator Rosa and her Russian cooking assistant. If you set yourself up negatively and see only the bad, then 4 and 5 star hotels will seem bad.
Overall, a small half board is not bad. Pros: 5 minutes walk to the sea, the food is normal. The old town is a 10-15 minute walk away. Wi-Fi is free. Minuses: tour operators who sell superior rooms of which there are only two hotels, but all of them buy them. Therefore, you have to settle in the rooms that you have. The cleaning is lousy, even toilet paper needs to be requested. There are paid sun beds on the beach. The hotel does not have its own beach. In general, you can relax here, the main thing in rest is the mood))

The room is absolutely not cleaned. For the sake of appearance, they carry a rag in the middle and this is the whole cleaning. I haven't washed the sink or the shower in two weeks. The bed linen has never been changed. The food is monotonous. At lunch, everything is vegetarian. Fish was given twice in two weeks and only mackerel. Meat never. One chicken. Advantages- it is quiet and you can eat in the garden. There is no ubassein soul.
