There are various apartment options in different areas of the city. Some are better, but more expensive, some are worse, but cheaper. It is advisable to look at the apartments in person so as not to feel disappointed.
I rented an apartment for 3 days. In the neighborhood of Builders. The walls painted in black are a wonderful thing! On the very first evening (and on the second too) there were banging on the door! the girls from the staff demanded to be evicted (and this is with an advance payment!). Both times I had to show them the payment papers and spend at least 15 minutes to find out. No matter how many times I rented a house in Russia and Kazakhstan, this is the first time such a mess has happened.
