Solid 5 stars, good hotel, great location, close to Mall of Emirates for big purchases with its Sky Park, and inexpensive supermarkets with small items. The hotel has many guests from very different countries. If necessary, they can invite an interpreter. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is varied, the staff is polite. Among the disadvantages, the hotel is already old by Dubai standards, daily room cleaning is not done very efficiently, so once every 2-3 days the cleaners are supervised by the manager and these days there are no questions at all. The chef does not succeed in Russian cuisine, an internship is clearly needed, olivier looks like porridge, and borscht looks like butter soup, but he clearly knows how to cook other dishes and is quite tasty. The transfer to the beach has to wait in line, because the minibus makes a circle in 40 minutes, but there is not always a queue and very much depends on those who want to swim on the beach, because there is a swimming pool and spa on the roof. There is one regular outlet in the room, the rest are for an American plug. The overall impression is an even 5 stars, but I would not put 6.

We had a family vacation in early November 2024: 2 adults and a child. The room was given a large, spacious one with a huge bed, a sofa and an armchair. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious.
A special love is the pool with Jacuzzi on the roof. You can sunbathe and swim)
The Mall of the Emirates and the metro are within walking distance, so it was easy to get to any place in the city. I advise you!

1. Reception. the staff speaks English and is responsive.
2. Water, ice, coffee capsules, bathrobes (2 types) and other consumables will bring as much as necessary, but not always quickly.
3. The room originally had a persistent tobacco smell, plus the noise from the construction site (the building behind the hotel), was changed without problems. There are no beautiful views from the windows, the windows are dirty (dust) but they open, everything is normal with cleaning.
4. A chic mattress, a delicate duvet and pillows, I slept like in a cloud on a king size bed
5. Plumbing for 3, tiles as if with mold and the faucet is difficult to adjust to the desired temperature.
6. The rooftop pool is clean, even with strong winds it is good to swim, towels are provided there, there is a bar with a hookah.
7. I haven't had enough of breakfast in a week. Everyone was happy.
8. Daily transfer to Kite Beach, 20 minutes drive. The beach is long, not crowded.

A great hotel for reasonable money, a good room, near the metro and the Emirate mall. I liked the breakfast the same, scrambled eggs /omelet, porridge, rolls, coffee, dried fruits, nuts, muesli. The center is 30 minutes away by taxi. A cool rooftop pool with a beautiful view!

The hotel is nice, clean, cozy. Good location in the city center. The hotel has a bar, a nightclub, a SPA, and a gym. And a big plus is free Wi-Fi not only in the lobby, but also in the room! Interestingly, the maids are men. They clean well, change towels every day. Cons: There is no Russian-speaking staff. The food is monotonous, tasteless. The buffet is only for breakfast and dinner. Lunch has to be ordered and there is almost no choice. The pool is small.

Not a bad hotel. Convenient location, near the Mall of the Emirates and the metro station of the same name. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the beach, to the beach at 10-00, back at 14-00. It takes about an hour to walk to the beach, through the Mall of the Emirates, then through Dubai Venice and the world-famous Parus Hotel we go to Jumeirah Beach.

Vacationed with a friend at this hotel a week ago. He doesn't pull in 5 stars.
Among the advantages: convenient location, delicious food, good rooftop pool.
Of the cons: tired rooms and furniture, room cleaning is not very good (they constantly forgot to put something), no one speaks Russian at all. The air conditioner was not working well in our room, it was cold and damp.

The hotel is not bad. But the pool did not work (although it was bought with the proviso that a pool is required) during our visit, they took us to some simpler nearby hotel. The shuttle goes to the beach at an inconvenient time, we took a taxi. We got a good room, but the guys we met were unlucky, for some reason the family with the baby were given a room for smokers and with poor air conditioning. Tips were left regularly, there was a lot of water, tea, coffee and cream were also in large quantities.
Breakfasts were arranged. There are plenty of cafes nearby where you can have lunch and dinner. There is also a large shopping center and a metro station within walking distance.
What I didn't like: many people changed breakfast for lunch or dinner, if they were absent, we agreed in advance, the employee said there was no problem, but then, when they came for lunch, we were refused, we had to run to a cafe with a small child. Also, half of them packed a lunch box for an early check-out, half (including us) did not.

Nice hotel, big, 14 floors. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the staff is polite. There are no complaints. At the request of 2 times, ice is brought to the room, free of charge. Breakfast is good, but monotonous daily. Elevators go fast enough, you don't have to wait long, everything is operational. Cleaning is daily. Minus only, because of the non-working pool, it is necessary in such weather conditions.

Terrible hotel, there are no 3 stars here. See the photo, in what condition the room is.
We arrived at the hotel at 18.00, waited for the room for 30-40 minutes. Strange wasn't it possible to prepare the room in advance, because the booking was in advance.
Further, it is very cold in the room, we were in February, the air conditioner does not work for heat.
The room itself is ushatan, I have not seen such a condition of the room yet. It's just awful.
We are lucky that we live on the top floor and do not hear the sounds of the club, and so there is a club downstairs that works until 3 am.
In the room, you can hear the street right, it feels like the window is not closed, but the reception said everything is OK.
There are dirty Windows everywhere in the hotel, very dirty.
The rooftop pool is also in a tired state.
The breakfasts are the same, it's the same every day.
You have to go to the coffee yourself, there is a queue for it, or if you're lucky, the waiter will bring it.
The worst hotel I've been to, I don't advise anyone, it costs a lot of money, the price doesn't match the quality of accommodation.

I'm shooting a star for the distance from the subway and dirty accessories in the room:there are stains on the napkin holder, carpet, bedspread and foot cushions. But the room is quiet, we had a high floor and a view of the mosque. In the morning around 5 you wake up with prayers, but this does not interfere, but on the contrary adds a local flavor. The breakfasts are good, but there are few fruits, there are no exotic ones at all. Melons and watermelons are not sweet at all.
