A good residential complex with two pools (without slides). By the way, there is a shower and toilet near the pools. They lived in the right wing, hence the view from the balcony to the mountains, and houses under construction. On the 1st floor there is a children's pool, a rocking chair and a children's room. There are air conditioners everywhere.Good accessibility: around the corner Migros and Bim, 7-10 minutes to the sea, and a few houses to walk to the fish market. There is also a farmers' market on Tuesdays. In general, I recommend that you lower your rating for decent noise (you can't hear it in the apartment), since the house stands at the intersection of one of the main streets.

I lived for a couple of weeks, on the top floor there is a smell of sewage that cannot be removed. Repairmen go around pretending to be the first, but I think this is a technical feature of sewerage in Turkey.

A modern residential complex, there are apartments and penthouses, the location is good: shops, restaurants, banks, etc. are 200-300 meters away. the area is quiet, although close to transport, and the sea is only a 10-minute walk away. I recommend.
