They were in early April 2024. I got a triple room on the 2nd floor (this is the norm for Istanbul), the window overlooks the inner wall, the view is not very good, but there is fresh air 🤪 a good hotel, everything worked, it was clean, there is a Russian-speaking administrator. To the tram stop 3 minutes a little uphill, to Sultanahmet Square 8 minutes on foot. In the evening we returned at 22-23, the streets were empty, but illuminated, it was not scary. There is a grocery store nearby, the room had a kettle and cups, coffee/tea, sugar and bottled water (updated every day). The Wi-Fi was working properly. For a normal price, a great place, especially since we came to walk, and only relax at night in the hotel!
We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is small, in the old town, it is almost impossible to find it without a navigator. Nearby there are either shops (shops), or small artisans, but it is quiet and peaceful. The hotel staff is helpful and helpful, one speaks Russian.
The room is clean and comfortable, has everything you need - air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle with accessories (cups, tea, coffee, cream, 2 bottles of water), slippers and toiletries, hairdryer, TV.
Of the minuses - the environment and cleaning on the day of departure - the room is not rented, things are in the room, but a full cleaning has been carried out with the replacement of linen, towels, etc. - strange 🤔
Resume is a good, inexpensive option near the main attractions.
I liked the hotel, there are adequate people at the reception.
The room is normal ,
but there are minor disadvantages:
1. there is noise under the window, a shoe factory, they closed the window and turned on the air conditioner, it became OK.
2. They took out a warm blanket, but it was covered in some kind of blood (small things, but unpleasant) . I think they will fix it.
Positive :
1 location of the hotel.
2 normal repair
3 wi fi worked well
4 everything was in the room that was needed and everything was changed every day.
