The hotel is good, especially for those who came for surgery... but they only allow swimming in the Spa in hats. Breakfast is very strange... a little weak for a five. Beer in restaurants is bottled only (about 33l). All prices have almost tripled. But everything is clean, beautiful and decent… The service is on top…

Terrible attitude towards the client, despite the 5 stars. 09/28/24 at 04:00 mistakenly paid for a room for two days, three hours later made a cancellation. The hotel did not refund a penny, they counted the entire amount as a fine. Of course, I will not return to such non-conscientious ones in any case. Although I liked the hotel itself from the photo. Be careful with the payment, the hotel will not refund the money for unproven services!

Upon arrival, there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room. There are no bathrobes. Two small bottles of water are put on the day. From the window there is a view of the houses under construction.
The breakfast is good and varied.
The bar on the 23rd floor offers a beautiful view of the night city.

We respectfully commented on our stay at the Elite World Grand Istanbul Küçükyalı Hotel, which was made possible thanks to the recommendation of a good friend. Our business responsibilities allowed us to enjoy only breakfast, which turned out to be simply magnificent. The hotel provided us with access to the spa, pool and gym, adding a lot of comfort to our stay.
The convenient location of the hotel near a large shopping center and proximity to the metro greatly facilitated our movement around the city. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms pleasantly surprised us, and the friendly atmosphere of the staff created an unforgettable vacation. We are grateful for the hospitality and care that made our stay special and memorable. We take with us only the most positive impressions and memories.

Good service. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The hotel has a hammam, 2 saunas. Excellent breakfast - a very wide selection! The bed is not just big, but gigantic! What can't be said about the bathroom, it's a little cramped inside. The shower is great. There is a hair dryer, but it is plugged into the cabinet under the sink, which is not very convenient.

A normal hotel, but a little collective farm service by the standards of Turkey.
You get a bunch of problems that you need to solve and spend energy on them:
starting with parking, disorganized, spontaneous, hot you can organize it on your own territory, not on the city.
While parked, I was already tired (on their territory, not in the city). There are problems with the cards, then you can't take the elevator, then you can go to the room. Take rubber flip-flops and a hat to the pool, no one will warn you about this. you leave all your things in the room - lockers are not for you either. And don't worry about very slippery floors, be careful. The sauna is cold as always in Turkey.
But the view is gorgeous from the 12th floor and the breakfasts are very good, it's good. The gym is great!
