Many thanks to the store for their professionalism and caring for their customers! :) We were looking for trousers of a specific model (discontinued) in the right size and height. When we saw the model in one of the company stores and asked if it was possible to find out about the availability of the right size in other branches, we were told that we would have to clarify the information ourselves by calling the stores in the city. And only here the seller offered to check the availability of the model through the internal system, found the only pair in Brest and arranged delivery to the store. The trousers arrived quickly and I got a call back. Unfortunately, I did not specify the seller's name. If the review is read by a wonderful employee who worked at 14.20 on April 21, thank you!!! :) The trousers fit perfectly. A rare level of service: they offered a real solution, significantly saving me time. Such employees make Eliz the store you want to return to first.

Terrible service. Sellers don't want to work from the word at all. I wanted to choose a shirt, but it's too difficult for them to help the customer with the choice.
