I was on a facial assessment procedure. Let's start from the beginning, I was late for a couple of minutes, the receptionist called asking where I was, apologized and said I got a little lost and was already approaching. I enter - we issue the documents and then it turns out that the doctor is still busy, waiting for 20 minutes, no one apologized and did not voice anything at all. Well, it happens. The constant answer is the most favorite - well, everyone gets older, and it is underlined in every sentence. The question is, why did I come to you? I was thinking about solving issues, not stating what I saw on the monitor.
But the most interesting thing is when they are immersed in the skin and the indicator is given by oily skin, there is a shock because this is the main problem that it is dry. The doctor answers - maybe a cream on the face, I suggested let's wash up, in response - the cash register is closing and so on. That's the end of any recommendations, they sent me the information by email, sort it out. I opened it and was shocked, there was not enough moisture for the condition, but in the end, the skin was oily.

Please, if this service works for you, then the person should be trained and be able to answer any questions, and not talk, well, with age. What are the solutions and how to fix it further and, if something is approved, check it accordingly, I do not think that the problem is that the cash register is closing, but the problem is that there is zero confidence in what has been announced.
