You should come to Bursa and taste these pitas.there are pita varieties prepared with the same taste and quality in a small shop for many years.closed on Sundays.pitas are prepared by a father and his two sons,my favorite is cubed cheddar cantik.

I think the only place to beat candik in Bursa is the proper tradesmen where fathers and sons work, I always stop by Bursa when I'm on my way
