We rested in this hotel from 03.07 - 09.07. 2024
I really liked the schedule, it takes 20-30 minutes to get to the center (depending on how you go) . The store nearby is just wonderful, the sellers are very polite and responsive, however, as in the whole city! They will tell you everything, starting from taxi drivers (they know the city and the surrounding area better than a guide) to anyone in the city.
I wholeheartedly recommend this living room with its wonderful and wonderful hosts!! The rooms are clean, the linen is great, the mattress is beyond praise!!! The shower has all the accessories (for the first time), tea and coffee as a present. The main thing is that the air conditioner works without noise!!! My daughter and I really liked it, next time if we go, we will definitely stop here. Thank you dear hosts for the wonderful atmosphere and warm welcome!!! We checked in early (early flight), left early in the morning and it was nice that the owner came out to see us off!! Thank you very much!!! Good luck in your work, good and helpful guests!!!

A cozy hotel in the historical center of Yerevan. Very friendly and hospitable hosts. There are water coolers on the floors. A 3-minute walk away there is a market where you can taste and buy various goodies. Not far from the Vernissage and Republic Square, where all life is in full swing. Thanks to the owner of the hotel, Arthur, we were able to see the most beautiful places of Armenia outside Yerevan. He drives a comfortable car, tells interesting facts and stories about this amazing country. And Arthur will definitely not leave you without beautiful photos, immerse you in the culture of Armenia with the help of music and delicious food. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone.

A great guest house! Friendly hosts, cleanliness, snow-white linen and towels, good air conditioning. The pool is a cool bonus! I was pleased with the small details: slippers, a toothbrush with toothpaste, shampoos and soap. The location is excellent, the market and shops are nearby, the center is within walking distance, near the metro.

Wonderful Arthur and Anna receive guests with real Armenian hospitality. During my stay, they surrounded me with attention and care, they were always ready to help and prompt.
Anna makes amazing breakfasts, treats you with goodies, you feel welcome :)
Arthur met you at the airport, took you on excursions and showed you beautiful non-tourist places
Excellent location of the hotel: 15 minutes walk to the city center, 5 minutes to GUM, nearby there are supermarkets, exchange offices, cafes, pharmacy and more.
Everything was just fine! 3 weeks flew by unnoticed, thank you so much for the warm welcome! I will definitely come back again and advise my friends.

In general, the hotel (although probably more like a guest house) is good, the room is pleasant, and communication inside the hotel was not difficult. It's all good. But there are disadvantages.
The rooms have terrible sound insulation regarding doors and plumbing. People stopped by at night, I couldn't sleep for about an hour. Although, to be fair, people really tried not to make noise.
The owner, who is praised in the reviews of a popular site, we miraculously saw once. The rest of the time he will be on excursions, where, unfortunately, we did not get there, although we wanted to.
To get inside, you need to call every time. They open quickly, but the fact itself... They have their own kitchen, their own, family kitchen. Well, you can understand. But this, in a compartment with a door, adds to the feeling that you are a "client" and not a "guest".
Cleaning has not been offered once in 4 days. She was not needed, but no one was interested out of politeness either.
The courtyard with the pool is in a state of repair, the pool is closed, the courtyard is not particularly functioning either.
But the room itself is nice, clean, and the Wi-Fi is working fine. In general, the feelings are ambivalent.

A great room where everything is there and working. However, the window overlooked the landing. The breakfast was so-so (monotonous, you can't get enough), and there was no catering near the hotel where you could have breakfast.

In general, a good-quality guest house, it was not cold in December, unlike the gests in the mountains. Among the disadvantages is a very noisy extractor hood in the bathroom, which has probably never been cleaned, the strained attitude of the staff (Anna). Breakfast is prepared on request, you can eat enough. By location, the center is 10 minutes away by taxi, it is inconvenient on foot, there is a shop and a market nearby.

The hotel itself is not bad. But there are difficulties with paying with the Mir card. We paid for 2 nights with a card, but the terminal issued that the operation did not take place. The money was withdrawn from us !!! The owner of the hotel, Arthur, says that the money did not come to him, although we constantly asked to check whether the money was credited to his account or not! As a result, Arthur said that he had given us accommodation in his hotel for these two days, although the money had not been returned to us. The SITUATION IS VERY UNPLEASANT!!! This impression was very spoiled!!!!

I recommend this family hotel, the rooms are clean, there is a kettle, coffee and tea in the room. The mattresses are comfortable, they have fallen asleep. The dog woke up at night, barked at cats or someone else. Accept the world card.
