they did not warn that often when the wheel is lowered, it becomes necessary to replace the tire as well. and so, everyone is rank by rank, polite, lively, they try, they give documents (even though it's already an inflection for 30 days). the work was done, they explained what was wrong and why. I'll say this .., this service is not so good, as the statistics of the rating and reviews say ..., I hoped for the conscientiousness of the guys because I did not check the quality of performance on the spot, I came, paid and took it away, and when I arrived home I decided to inspect it well and that's what I found out..! When putting it into repair, I asked to return the wheel motor from the factory to the drain with a removable rim to the brake disc., but my request was ignored., moreover, on the one hand, the rims on both motor wheels were damaged during tire replacement., and if the other side had been turned over, then there would not have been these kotsak and it was necessary to replace the tires it would be much easier.., + somehow I'm not sure what the hydra motor wheels were made for me, and I didn't see the name of the waterproofing in the receipt., but I didn't pay a small amount.!!! THEN in one of the places where the rear element is located with the output of the wire of the rear motor wheel., they seemed to regret silicone., they got stuck at random and did not really isolate anything in that place., I had to finish it myself as it should be ..!!! Result.. it's better to think 3 times ... before entering this service.! And I recommend to you who is going to lead there to think well ..!!! There are no complaints about the rest of the repair.!

I gave the Kugo M4 pro for repair. I brought it in the afternoon and in the evening the master sent a video about the work done. You can pick it up the same evening. I explained the problem on the phone, the master immediately determined what was the matter and announced the cost. In other services, they said, "well, you need to look at maybe this or that." So the guys did well, they worked quickly and not expensively, I was satisfied.

I gave it to Ninebot for repair. I am 99 percent sure that the brake pads were changed, although the work was not related to the brake pads. I had to tighten the brakes, and the brakes work with slippage. I will buy new pads and install them myself.

I thought that I got on good money, BUT then the master quickly figured out everything, did everything clearly, everything works, surprisingly paid very cheap. Good managers, a repairman is a professional, and everyone is honest, and in our time this is a rarity. As a result, I will only contact this company.

I bought the first m5 from them. I did not spare money for sealing and traveled for a year and a half through snow and rain, (however, it is not recommended, and they do not give a guarantee, which is understandable) then I gave them to ensure that there are no breakdowns.
Now I'm going to buy a second coordinate new one, (by the way, prices are lower than others, I checked).

I apply again, and after an hour or two, I come back with the same problem. They do it on the dump. The attitude is rude, it seems that I am superfluous there with my problem. It was the same last year and this year, nothing has changed. I just had to apply, because I broke a tire, they were the closest... Two hours later, it went down again, and again I pulled manually to them. Now, if anything, I'd better call a taxi and take it to another service. I do not recommend it!!! This is a terrible attitude towards work and people...

I took scooters for the night - I couldn't ride because of the rain, I didn't even take them out of the trunk.
When they were given out, they were asked to come and hand them over at 10.30-11.00. I arrived to take it at 11.15 and they demanded that I pay a fine for being late of 24 rubles. I was late because of the same rain.
Be careful when ordering scooters in this place.
