Excellent complex, cozy large territory. Modern apartments, good sound insulation. The sandy beach is within walking distance.

We lived in a two-bedroom room with a patio. The courtyard is a porch with a table and chairs, then there are stones, you can't walk without shoes. (They took it from the courtyard, because they were traveling with a child, but playing there is not an option, the stones are sharp - this is the main disappointment.) The room is nice: with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, three bathrooms (one on the 1st and 2 on the second floor) and balconies in each bedroom. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, on the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen area. There is a washing machine.
Of course, there are disadvantages, such as a broken patio door lock, but it didn't really bother us.
Beautiful swimming pools (there is a pool for kids), children's and sports grounds, a restaurant with delicious food. The prices are about the same as in the city.
The reception and maids work for 5. The territory is well maintained and guarded.
To the sea 20 minutes on foot.
