We stayed at the hotel for the second time. Great location, the very center! Near all the sights, a shop, many cafes, everything is within walking distance. The room has everything you need. Snow-white linen, cleanliness in the room by 5 points. Excellent breakfasts, at any time, with a soul, thank you very much! You can always drink tea, coffee, water, at any time of the day or night. Warm meetings, hospitality, the desire to always help!
Cons: The Economy room turned out to be without a window, it was problematic for us, stuffy. The TV was turned on/off by a button on the TV itself, no extra.there is no backlight. In the shower, the sash was not fully closed, with a large gap, you need to wash very carefully. To get hot water, you need to wait 5 minutes, drain the water. The toilet was flushed through a string)
But all these disadvantages are nothing compared to the location and price of the room. Thank you very much to Camila for the quick solution of all questions and help! We will come again, we recommend it!

Excellent hotel, almost in the center of the city. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is breakfast. The hostess Gulshat and the receptionist Kamila are very friendly and helpful. We attended the All-Russian nomad Games and stayed at this hotel. Only positive emotions remained from staying here. Friendly staff, they will tell you everything and show you, favorable prices, excellent location, close to the central avenue.. Everything is clean, cozy and homely. If you're hungry, they'll always feed you. I recommend.

We stayed for one night. The location is good, 15 minutes on foot from Bayterek
The overall impression of the room and the hotel as a whole is normal. No wow effect. It was icy water for a long time, I had to wait about 5-7 minutes for warm water.
Our window looked out into the vestibule of another organization, in the morning I was surprised to see a man in the window who opened the door. 😂

Reasonable price. Check-in upon arrival in case of booking. Rainbow employees. The room is clean, toilet, shower, TV with Russian channels. There is an electric stove, kettle, microwave in the shared kitchen. Exchange offices, VTB ATMs (for citizens of the Russian Federation), large shopping centers, beautiful views are within walking distance...I recommend it for accommodation for transit tourists

We have booked a room. Since we were not sure that we would be able to make an advance payment through the MIR card, we discussed this issue with a representative of the hotel and received an affirmative answer.
Upon arrival, our reservation was cancelled and the person who made the prepayment was checked in (although everything was discussed with the representative). They didn't want to help in any way. I had to look for a new hotel.

A small hotel in the city center. I came on business, rented for a couple of nights. A very quiet place, the entrance is on the back side of Bokeikhan Avenue, the side is not sunny, the rooms have high ceilings. Clean linen and towels. In general, you can't think of a better place for business trips. The price is humane. Nearby there is an inexpensive dining room, shops. I recommend it primarily for business trips.

I'll start with the very first impression. The administrator doesn't care about you or anything you say. We have not agreed on the submission of documents for registration. She wanted to give us the money back, because she already has so many people like us.
The room was washed, but not completely. There's a used condom and dirty napkins under the bed. There's black mold in the shower. The hot water starts running after about 15 minutes. The kitchen looked normal in the photos, but in fact it is smaller and an eternal mess. The Wi-Fi was working like hell. The room was not cheap, but they did not make any concessions to us. It's just awful.
