Utter incompetence! I placed an order, they wrote that it would be delivered in 6 days. Well, okay, I think I'll wait. On the appointed day, they did not arrive at the specified time interval, the time was postponed 3 times. As a result, instead of the interval from 10:00 to 13:00, I get a new interval - from 17:30 to 19:00. I contacted the specialists on the issue of postponing delivery to the next day, as a result, I received the following response:
"You can contact the forwarder and discuss the delivery time, in any other case, we cannot postpone the order to another day, only cancel it. "
I'm not a proud person, I'm calling the forwarder. The person informs that he works until 17:00. The curtain.
It is impossible to postpone the delivery to the next day, negotiate and solve your problems yourself, the time we designate is idle talk and nothing more.
That's what I understand the service! That's customer focus!

The order was delivered incomplete and not on time. We ordered gifts and groceries for tomorrow's congratulations from our colleagues. Refund of money or delivery of goods only by e-mail within 3 days, after 3 days it will be irrelevant. They can't answer anything, the issue is not being resolved.

An order, more bags with knots. One is interspersed with cans of peas, condensed milk, cat food, cane sugar, baking soda, citric acid, and cream. The soda packs are cracked, the products are abundantly coated with soda, the cream packages are cracked /see photo/. Abandoning these positions.
I can't even imagine where this order was lying. And a truly piggish attitude towards consumers: if you don't like it, don't take it.
Unfortunately, the regulations for packaging goods are a sealed secret, but shipping 5 cans in one package, products in cardboard and cellophane packages, and "gently" whipping during delivery... is disgusting!
