Creating a conflict on the part of an employee and blaming the buyer, inciting conflict, as well as rudeness in general, is absolutely unacceptable.
I ask the management to take measures to avoid such situations.
Picking up an order should not be a problem, and the buyer should not be blamed and cursed. I am waiting for an answer and concrete solutions, not just words.
