This is a very cozy corner. The owners are responsive, they always solve any questions that arise. The on-site garden is diverse and beautiful. We ate at a nearby hotel, the kitchen is homemade, all dishes are cooked with a soul. If you want to enjoy nature and the sea, then you are here.

A great guest house, Karina, the hostess, is wonderful.There is everything here and a kitchen where you can cook and eat here yourself, and the rooms are clean, many thanks to Tatiana and her colleague (Irina?) for such professional room cleaning.Coolers with clean water on each floor.You will go up a little from the guest house to the road, you will see the tochka shop (there from household chemicals to products) and next to it there is a vegetable shop, a shop selling circles, mattresses...All sellers are friendly. There is a dining room and a garden next to the guest house.The sea is close, you just need to go through the magnificent garden, open the gate, and you will find yourself on the sea.I want to say that we are very lucky to have a rest in this place.Crowds of people fled from Gagra from the hustle and bustle. We contacted the hostess of the Emark at one o'clock in the morning, as we could not fall asleep in a rented apartment. Responsive and attentive hosts! Cozy rooms! Cleanliness in the rooms!The sea, shops , cafes are all in Mitut on foot! Transfer minivans. The sea is clear and transparent, the rivers do not flow in. Good time of day. We stayed at this hotel at the end of August 2024. Nice quiet place. The sea is nearby. A very kind and helpful hostess! The room was cleaned every day, and they immediately responded to any request. Nearby there is a chic dining room, where it is very tasty, large portions and reasonable prices. We are returning home from Abkhazia. We chose the Emark hotel based on reviews and location and have never regretted our choice! Clean, wet cleaning every day, new snow-white linen and towels, coolers on the floors, cozy recreation areas, a dining room with delicious homemade food (feijoa compote is a separate love). Karina is polite, helpful, a great hostess! The photos are all real, even better than everything in the photo. Thanks for the rest! We will definitely come back again!🌞

Good day! Fraternally honest! The hostess is excellent, Number 5+, place 3-(take pure Athos. This is not Athos) why? Their semolina porridge is 100₽ per bowl, two eggs are 100₽, as they say "all inclusive" ... it's 2 eggs + cheap sausages and pimidor .....250₽!!! In the village, which is 100₽ by taxi to Mount Athos. I will not come there any more. It is cheaper to eat and live in Adler. There is comfort here, there are tears! In a year, they raised prices by 2 times for everything!!!!!! The cafe is good to eat for 3 people 5₽. In Sochi 3. Are you Abkhazians there? Waiting for the airport! I will not fly and I do not advise others! YOU HAVE A COLLECTIVE FARM

I booked a room for just one day, as I was passing through. I was surprised that I was shown current photos and videos of the room/hotel via messanger and promptly answered calls through it, so I saved money on roaming. There were several tubes of various hygiene items in the room, not like in other hotels with 1 or two. Near the hotel there are grocery stores, cafes, the sea within walking distance and a transport interchange.

The three of us vacationed for the first time in Abkhazia and in New Athos-my husband, my granddaughter and I were 9 years old from June 23-29, 2023. I chose the hotel solely based on photos and reviews and did not lose! We communicated with the hostess Karina via WhatsApp, she charmed me with her kindness even then. And she greeted us with warmth and cordiality. Charming!!!I really liked the hotel. The room was on the ground floor. Clean, cozy. The room had everything you needed-a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, hygiene products, two towels each. Next to the room there is a terrace with a sea view, and below there is a tangerine garden. Beauty! The sea is exactly 3 minutes away. with a calm step past the tangerine trees, and eucalyptus trees grow on the beach. The beach is pebbly, not equipped. We ate next to Anna's hotel. Sooo delicious! Clean, cozy! There is everything, kitchen, cosmetics, towels! Comfortable beds. There are charming terraces overlooking the sea, where you can have breakfast, dinner, and just sit in company. If desired, you can order breakfast, tea, coffee, delicious fried eggs!
The sea is 3 minutes away, the beach is clean, there are few people.
There are also barbecues, in case you want a barbecue.

I want to share my impressions of staying at this hotel. I give a high rating on all points.
One of the advantages is parking, which closes at night
- we lived on the 3rd floor, freshly renovated , pleasant atmosphere, balcony, air conditioner, TV, refrigerator, the manager installed a cot at our request, without extra charge. There are water coolers on the territory, verandas on the floors with tables and umbrellas. The very good location of the room relative to the sun, it shone into the room only after 16, this is a big plus.
Of the minor disadvantages :
Wi-Fi worked very poorly and with failures (maybe we were unlucky and had temporary problems)
The same goes for TV
Infrastructure , nowhere to walk within walking distance ( there is an option to take a ride on a car to Mount Athos in 5 minutes, but you will not be able to walk, there is no sidewalk )
About the beach: we were very lucky with the weather, it was clear all the time, but it was very hot after 11 (end of August) About the way to the beach - it was hard with a stroller, they carried a child in their arms, but it was close to 5 minutes, a beautiful garden and territory on the way to the sea, crossing the railway tracks did not make it difficult, trains run extremely rarely, they did not strain.
The shore is pebbles from large to small, breakwaters, the water, if compared with pitsunda , is several times warmer but muddier , again , maybe we were unlucky with the current and so on. There are significantly fewer people than in Pitsunda and ldzaa.
In general, we were satisfied with the place.

We booked a room at the booking office and received a confirmation of the reservation. We arrived late at night with 2 small children, unsuccessfully tried to contact the administrator (round-the-clock registration was announced), as a result, we went to the hotel and found out from the guests that she was sleeping. We spent the night in the car!!!!!! It was only at 8 a.m. that the receptionist got through to hear that there were no available rooms, and the reservation was confirmed by mistake.
