Complete lack of service. Phones don't answer, and emails don't either. The website for submitting the application does not open. There is no list of documents required to apply for a visa. Information can only be obtained at a consultation. The information that the consulate will not be open on Chinese New Year has not been posted anywhere! There's just one piece of paper hanging on the door. Why does the Chinese Consulate in Azerbaijan require such an impressive package of documents? Why, for example, is there no need for such documents in Georgia? A certificate of criminal record, an invitation, etc.??
