Everyone is very friendly (the guards are already like family, all the same), the issues are resolved quickly. Visiting our consulate is like visiting your homeland. I always manage to get a queue through the official website absolutely for free, without resorting to any left-wing firms, but every time I worry that I won't get this queue😀
