The department dealing with power of attorney by phone 2029398915 never answers calls and does not serve clients, I call every day at the reception hours according to Washington time. The emergency service responds, the employee who is engaged in confirming applications for power of attorney "may have departed" how can you treat people so negligently? The line is constantly busy and if there are beeps, there is never an answer

Many thanks to all the staff of the Russian Embassy in Washington!!! I received a new passport in one month, and waited after 3 months. I did not regret that I went from New York to Washington! I made an appointment immediately, I was accepted as much as half an hour earlier, The staff are very polite and pleasant! I wish you good luck!!!
