An office building in the very center of Astana. 30+ floors, fitness center, minimarket, good cafe, ATMs. There is paid hourly parking in front of the building, which is not urban, and it is always empty to the left of the building. There are paid hourly city parking nearby, half the price, but almost always occupied. Two multi-level covered parking lots are attached to the building, of which the entrance to the lobby of the building is parking for employees with monthly advance payment. The building has more than 10 elevators. A nice, though not new, office building.
