I won't order anything else from juma at all, and if I see Fedex/Emex delivery anywhere else.kz, then the question of buying from there will be closed! This means you order a product, and after some time you are confronted with the fact that you still need to pay for customs clearance for a single product worth up to $ 100 and weighing 500 grams! That's how much I ordered from Aliexpress, even from $ 100 and weighing much more, always delivery via kazpost and nothing was imposed and there were no issues with paperwork at all! Your office with such an approach will not take root with us!

And I paid in Fedex, and I got hemorrhoids in some Emex.

Friends recommended not to argue and to give money for their services.
I tried to find out from an employee why I should pay for customs clearance, the attempt was unsuccessful, their employees are incompetent, I just paid. ☹️
