I do not recommend going to Svetlana.
I've never ever had my cuticules looked so bad and treated so terribly bad, not gentle, felt like wood sanding, rough cuts, blood. I get it, it may happen sometimes, but the overall result was not worth it at all. Nails looked and felt better before the manicure. I did not do polish or gel.
photos -1st and 2 day after manicure. I literally did not do anything with my hands, no cleaning, washing dishes, cooking. Healing took me more than a week.
P.S. I also went to Daria, everything was good, but did not compensate for the last experience.
On my third visit, the novice master burned my plate while doing a manicure for 3.5 hours, because she did not know how to work with a rub. I got onycholysis on two nails because they just couldn't stand the frying-overcooking. By the way, the same master redid this manicure for me later, because it went to bubbles and failed again, the third time I just didn't touch it.
The nails grew out, I came to the wonderful master Alla, I decided - well, this situation happened, I'll choose a master, I've already done it, she's cool and everything will be OK.
But no: in a salon where the management does not think about employees or customers, it cannot be normal: half an hour after my arrival (I was alone in the salon on Friday evening), they began to fix the door. I spent the next hour and a half without outerwear at a temperature of + 6 degrees. The broken door was probably such a surprise that it was absolutely impossible to suggest rescheduling my recording. I quite politely told the owner (!) he was overseeing the repair, that it was a very strange joke not to cancel the recording and freeze both me and the master, to which I listened how sad it was that the door would not close later in the evening and that they somehow did not think that they could ask the client if it was OK for him to sit on his nails at street temperature. "Well, I'm sorry if it was inconvenient for you."
A separate surprise was caused by the diaper and feeder described by the dog, standing in the client area.
In general, there are great craftsmen in the salon, but the customer experience is a C and it gets worse
The manicure cost 500 dinars more expensive, because I went home by taxi, because I was frozen and did not want to get sick at all, total: the cost is like in other Russian salons, the customer experience is worse. I will look for another salon
I like the quality of the products of this company, a wide range of products is presented in this location.
I am a regular customer of this salon. I found my manicure and pedicure master, not the first time. The salon director herself, as a top-level master, does the perfect manicure and I was lucky to experience this service for myself. Now I go to the master Polina, she can cope with complex nails (thin cuticle, dry, close capillaries and excessively high sensitivity of the nail plates themselves)
Everything went fine, the instruments were sterilized, and I had them taken out of kraft bags. Master Olesya did a manicure very quickly and efficiently, I recommend it to everyone
A girl was walking, I was sitting on the couch, I really liked what was done pretty quickly, and my beloved did not make my brains, because she was happy with the manicure!
The manicure turned out to be average. Chips quickly appeared, and the cuticle treatment itself is also not the highest quality. The palette is sparse.
