A small (10 rooms) hotel, but quite decent for its low price. Delicious, fresh and varied breakfast. Attentive and courteous staff. They don't speak Russian (English and, of course, Turkish). There is a dining room on the upper 4th floor, where begging seagulls fly to the windows every morning. The hotel has an elevator. The rooms are clean, there is cleaning and a change of towels daily. There is no heating, but there is a split system, so it is not cold in winter. It's very noisy at night. You can hear everything, even the conversation of people on the street. The location is great, in close proximity to the Blue Mosque. There are many restaurants nearby. On the way to the Chamberlitage stop, there is a grocery store with prices significantly lower than in the chain store and a chain pharmacy. Since Istanbul is located on a fairly prominent square, the way to / from the hotel will consist of a descent / ascent. We stayed at this hotel for the second time and did not regret it again.

The main advantage of this hotel is its location. Close to Sultanahmet. Quickly and on foot to all the attractions. Excellent value for money. There are disadvantages, but I don't take the stars off for them. Cons: you can not come close to the end of breakfast, because there will be nothing left. The old room stock. Advantages: location, staff.

the breakfasts were great, the room was cleaned every day, the staff was friendly and smiling - everything is telling, customer orientation is at the highest level! A separate thrill is breakfast with a magnificent view of the sea and with seagulls.

15 minutes to the historical center, 5 minutes to the shore of the Marmara Sea. Quiet, cozy. The studio has a microwave and a kettle, some dishes. They speak English and Russian. There is a hammam, breakfast and room service

The main advantage of this hotel is its location close to the Blue Mosque, the historical district is within walking distance. Good breakfasts, fresh and quite varied. The rooms, of course, require renovation, the furniture is worn, the bed linen and towels are clean. The temperature in the refrigerator is almost the same as in the room. Upon check-in, they were given slippers and shampoo, no hand soap, no toothbrush cup. Do not rely on the presence of a kettle and mugs (they took coffee and pots, because they saw a kettle in the photo, they broke off hard). A hotel for the unassuming tourist who will not sit in the room

The location is great! It's a good hotel for the price, there are questions about the bathroom (black mold), but a quick wash is fine. We stayed for a day. The breakfasts are good, the room is clean, the views are gorgeous, the staff is responsive and pleasant)

The photo shows a view of the lighthouse and the Bosphorus from the breakfast room. The hotel is located in the old most historic district of Istanbul, within walking distance of the main mosques and the Sultan's Palace. Very authentic, with lattice shutters on half the window. Very modest interiors, there are not even glasses in the rooms to put toothbrushes, shampoo (aka shower gel) is given out once in quantity, it is no longer replenished. The hotel is very small, with about 10 rooms. Breakfasts are designed for the number of guests, you will come later, there will be little left. Although the food is quite decent . Pleasant hosts, friendly, mom and teenage son

Good location of the hotel, within walking distance to the main attractions. The rooms are already tired and small. But since they left in the morning after breakfast and came only to sleep in the evening, it was quite tolerable. There are breakfasts, fried eggs or boiled eggs, salad, cheese, ham, sweets, coffee, tea, juice. You will not go hungry for a walk, that's for sure I would like to refine the open veranda a little, put flowers for more romance. The windows in the cafe can either be washed or changed, the view from the window is very spoiling.

Not a bad hotel, great location, near the Blue Mosque. Small, only 10 rooms, breakfast is quite sufficient, beautiful view of the Marmara Sea from the terrace. There was no hair dryer in the room, although it is stated in the description of the room, but we had our own, we did not ask for a receptionist.

Very good location, great view, good breakfasts... but the rooms need to be repaired, everything has really peeled off, it's unpleasant. And in room 401, which is next to the dining room, do not settle in, it is impossible to sleep there from half past seven in the morning while the food carts are being carried.

I bought on the island, chose by rating and reviews, it was 9.4 points. This is not my first time in Istanbul and I can say that the rating is unfairly overestimated. The main advantage is the rcdom with the Blue Mosque. Within walking distance from the tram stop and Sultanahmet. But that's where the benefits end. The hotel is small and old. The room stock is very worn out. The linen has not been changed once in a week, towels every day. The breakfasts are simple, but you will never be hungry. A very quiet place. But the hotel needs renovation. Only 10 rooms on 4 floors can probably be kept in order. Out of 10 points, I would give only 5.

The hotel rooms are already screaming about the need for repairs, but the service and location overrides the disadvantages. The food is standard: sausages, eggs, vegetables, yoghurts, pies, cereals, etc. One of the bonuses is an attraction for feeding seagulls in the dining room with a beautiful view from the window

Very convenient location. Sultanahmet Square is 5 minutes away. The breakfast is varied, everyone can find something for themselves: 3 types of egg dishes, Vegetables Muesli Cheeses Are Meat. Tea and coffee are available throughout the day and in the evening. A beautiful view at breakfast is provided. Seagulls outside the window are always ready to keep company and chat. The rooms are sufficient for living in a city where you need to walk, not sit in a room. If I go to Istanbul again, I will definitely stop.

Great location, good breakfasts. There were no problems with the Internet, there was always hot water. The rooms are small, in room 101 behind the cafe wall, you can hear music, but you can tell the administrator, they will arrange to turn off at 22.00
