A nice hotel in a quiet location and a 5-minute walk from the old town. Spacious hall, large rooms, good breakfasts, clean, towels, slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer, large comfortable beds, large bathrooms, clean, pleasant bed linen, good wifi, air conditioning, TV hanging, but we did not turn on once, laundry, swimming pool, sauna, friendly staff. We booked two double rooms, both excellent. No questions for the hotel. The only moment is now April 2024, the hotel is expanding and the neighboring building is being finished, there is not much noise during the day, but we are walking around the city and it does not bother us. There is silence in the evenings.

The hotel is beautiful, the breakfasts are good, the hotels are being renovated, when it ends then it will probably be fine.I did not like the fact that after writing a review, the service staff changes the cost of living in order to pay less commission to the organization that provides customers to the hotel., accordingly, the tourist loses his bonuses. This situation is not very pleasant. As it is, the hotel is good.

It was May 03, 2024, the whole day, but it was enough to find out how beautiful, quiet, clean and cozy the hotel is, convenient location to all the sights of Bukhara, you can't hear any sounds of cars or guests, such silence reigns and order, most importantly I want to thank the manager Sukhrob for everything! I highly recommend this EMIR'S GARDEN hotel!

The room was large, the condition was normal, the breakfast was acceptable. Two stars for the fact that repairs with a perforator were carried out through the wall from 9 to 18, it was impossible to stay in the room during the day, the guys from the reception threw up their hands and could not fix the situation. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it is cloudy and not heated, it was cold in May. It was "sold" to us as a separate free bonus for booking cancellation, but in fact we did not use it because of this.

The hotel itself is lovely, but
1 bathroom accessories total shampoo and soap, towel with a hole.
2 The tracks are just a song:a spoonful of cottage cheese, a spoonful of sour cream, yogurt (not always!) 3 pieces of sausage and cheese each!! Well, there was bread, of course. Hot: 1 egg and 1 sausage are served, and then when you ask! Tea with sweets.

The pool is large and available at any time, but it has bloomed a little, I think because of the small number of customers they forgot about it). Positive: quiet, luxurious
Cons: there is a construction site at the entrance, there is an unpleasant constant smell of a barnyard in the yard. The fountain dried up faster than the garden. The pool is icy, it was heated for 3 days at the request, either the sauna or the pool is heated, at the same time it is impossible to warm up. The territory of the pool is dusty, dirty, "uninhabited". Hol: royal, but don't turn on the air conditioner, never. Allergy sufferers will die immediately from canopies, carpets and furniture. Breakfasts: for tourists in the basement, the owners in the yard. Rooms: water, tea, bathroom accessories are not replenished, I had to constantly ask and walk myself. They may not clean the room at all for several days in a row. It is uncomfortable to sunbathe in the yard when the owners are drinking tea and praying. Water outages.

A wonderful hotel!!! We stayed with my husband on September 13-16, 2022. The warmest words of gratitude to the administrator, Olim Nazarov, for the warm welcome, for the attention and the highest professionalism. In addition to the excellent staff, I would like to note the amazingly delicious, homemade snacks (cheesecakes, pancakes like my beloved grandmother's). Beautiful interior, beautiful pool, very nice to cool off after walking. The convenient location of the hotel, a few minutes walk and you are in the center of the old city, the main attractions of Bukhara are within walking distance. I recommend the hotel to all my friends, colleagues, and I advise you who are reading this review.

The hotel is located in a quiet location, a 13-minute walk to the old town, there are shops nearby, many places where you can eat delicious food. At the time of my stay, there were few guests, the breakfast was individual, but it was not needed, since I have to have lunch and dinner. In the morning, only water, tea or coffee is better. There is no tea, coffee, or kettle in the room. The staff is friendly.

We asked for early check-in, we were allowed at 9, but the plane arrived at 6 a.m., and we were at the hotel at 7, they went to meet us again and did not take additional money. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel for 15 minutes, the taxi drivers asked for 1000 rubles, but they bargained for 500, and given such a short distance, it was possible to do more. The room is quite large, there is a refrigerator, a kettle, but there was no adapter, they took it for reseshen. The forks are ordinary European. The staff solved all our issues, the attitude is very friendly. When we went swimming in the pool, the water temperature was 25 degrees, we contacted the hotel staff, the next day the water warmed up to 28. The pool itself is about 1.5 meters deep and 7x15, there is a sauna. The Wi-Fi worked average. The videos were slow, but here it is a common problem that Beeline did not work well, that in our other hotel in Samarkand the Internet was even worse. Breakfast without a choice, what was given (pancakes, donuts, scrambled eggs, juice, tea), then eat it. Location- walk to the center for 15 minutes slowly, along narrow streets. But there are also the same number of clothing stores, but in a different direction. Balance. The room was cleaned normally, and a safe was brought at our request. There is an unfinished building, but the covid has been knocked down, and work is not underway there. We would love to stay there again.

We spent a week at this hotel. They were met at the airport with a sign at night and escorted back to the train station.Very nice rooms, large with high ceilings, friendly and sociable staff, will help with all questions. Swimming pool, sauna.
There is a private courtyard, which is rare for hotels in Bukhara. Great location, quiet and peaceful. The old town is a quiet 7 minutes walk away. Clean, towels are clean, beautiful new renovation. We recommend this hotel, the photos match. Top officials of the states stay at the hotel.

A very cool hotel. Nice spacious rooms, normal breakfast, friendly hosts: they will help with everything, we changed our plans and had to leave earlier - we returned the money without any problems.
The pearl of the hotel is the swimming pool. It is indoor and of medium length. It's a pleasure to swim outside in the sun in the heat. To the center by taxi in 7-10 minutes and 2500-5000 soums. You can walk, but when it's +35 you don't really want to.
