I would like to share of my experience, flying with Emirates.
During my monthly October journey in had 4 flights with Emirates in business class.
So the worst one was 30.09.24 EK134: DME-DXB seat 09E: very slow and poor service.
Next flight to BKK - majority of the attendants was Thai and they put much more assistance and focus on their compatriots.
The best flight one was BKK - DXB (20.10. EK 375, seat 08F) Really great cabin team. Very hospitable and friendly. They can create a very nice and comfortable atmosphere, I really had a fun with them. High level of service.
My special thanks goes to Nicola, Katharine and Lena. Please evaluate their efforts and pass my greetings for the high level of assistance during my route to Dubai.

Flight back to Moscow (28.10. EK 131, seat 11F). was mediocre-
An hour before landing in Moscow, i can not approach the bar to find a chocolate my daughter asked for- all the flight attendants gathered around to have a chat.
Apparently they don't have enough work but enough time to ate chocolate…
I had to ask to share, but there's not much left…
So one great team out of four turned out to be great it is also good)
Emirates is one of the best airlines I've ever flown with. Top-level service: courteous and professional staff who are always ready to help. The comfort on board is impressive — spacious seats and an excellent entertainment menu make the flight more enjoyable.
On-board meals are also commendable: a variety of dishes and an excellent selection of drinks. Convenient transfers from Dubai Airport and a wide range of international destinations are additional advantages.
Overall, my experience with Emirates has been extremely positive, and I will be happy to use their services again!

Delicious porridge, I am surprised that I will eat pearl barley with such pleasure!!))) alcoholic beverages (wine, beer, whiskey, rum) are offered during the flight You can also watch movies in Russian!!! We like it, we choose only them. And yes, it is a pity that they do not fly all over the world from Russia, they would love to fly to Tai, Bali or the Dominican Republic. If you want to fly them, you need to fly to the Emirates first!)
I flew this airline twice from St. Petersburg to Bangkok. Listen, it's fantastic! I am not spoiled by business class, I always fly economy. But the economy of this airline is just Aeroflot's business! Wide chairs, aisles between the rows are sufficient, the legs do not rest against the chairs in front. There is a screen on the back of the chair in front of you - please watch movies, including in Russian, listen to music, headphones are issued. Pillows, blankets - on each chair at once. Separately, the food is exciting - the dishes are not disposable! Forks, knives! Everything is very tasty and varied! Alcohol without restrictions!!!!!! Juices, water! If you are flying with a child, you will immediately feel the care and special attention from the flight attendants! Keepsake photos, gifts for the baby, separate meals and sincere care! The crew is international to Dubai, there are Russian-speaking flight attendants. Not from Dubai anymore, but minimal English is fine. Buy tickets in advance - the prices are very different from the tickets purchased in six months and a week, by almost 100 thousand!
An incomparable flight! Comfortable chairs, spacious, clean. The plane is as good as new! Excellent air conditioning system. The service is above all praise! And how delicious and varied the food was, plus various drinks, wine and whiskey were poured.
The plane is in excellent condition. The staff is always smiling and always helpful. The food is delicious. Pilots are masters of their craft, soft takeoff - soft landing
It's a good airline, one of the best I've flown with. The planes are new, the cabin is very comfortable, the window has special places like on the car door) the food is delicious, on long connections you can book a hotel in advance at the expense of the ak (but you need to look at the terms and conditions) Minus a star for the flight attendants - I just got some demons on two flights, the guys really tried to spoil the experience. But still, Emirates is good!

The Arab stewardesses behaved like racists. They paid attention and answered requests to everyone with a smile and respect, except for persons of Slavic appearance. One ignored any question addressed to her at all. I didn't want to take a photo. Some kind of sur.
The shame of the company for such a poor staff selection.
They didn't give us anything from the hygiene kit. No socks, no slippers, no masks. I don't understand why they are considered to be competing with the Qataris.
I flew with Male to Moscow , I really liked it , comfortable seats , free movies in Russian , great food and drinks , nuts and cheeses, well, the starry ceiling like in a Bentley , lulls you to sleep at night !

On flight EC 175-176, St. Petersburg -Dubai, 15.03-30.03 flew alone. The system did not provide pre-registration, the choice of a place is for an additional fee.payment was not possible. My question at the registration was answered that boarding families is a priority, the system blocks seats. 👍Economy class "to the brim". You will be given a seat at the counter before boarding, i.e. on a residual basis. As a result, I couldn't get an aisle seat. I flew to Dubai on the 35th row, in the four in the middle. There is very little legroom and it was uncomfortable all night. Back in the 25th row by the window, there was more legroom. The unpleasant thing is the lack of a choice of options and online registration, all other things being equal, including the price per ticket. There was a residue left. Without enthusiasm.
My family and I flew with this company from Dubai to St. Petersburg on 04/16/24. Due to weather conditions, the flight was canceled. The organization by this company of servicing its passengers during the cancellation of its flight 16-17.04.24 at Dubai airport was completely absent. Namely: it took 10-15 minutes to serve 1 person in the queue at the hotel registration. We stood in this queue for 5 hours. After that, after passing through passport control, we got in another queue. We stood in it for another 5 hours! None of the members of this company could answer questions such as: when will the bus come for us. Which hotel we will be checked into. Whether there are rooms in the hotel. When boarding the bus, the staff did not pay attention to the presence of children, women, and people with disabilities in the queue. At first, they put strong adult men on buses, who, pushing everyone aside, climbed forward. And then all those who could still get in with the children. My two children and I were not put on 2 buses. And we waited outside until morning. Because the driver drove the bus and went to sleep. And my baby was crying and wanted to sleep too. But the employees of this company decided that the adult strong men whom they politely put on the bus needed sleep much more than my 7-year-old son. The absolute incompetence of the staff, the lack of possession of any information. Disregard for the situation. This is the characteristic of Emirates!!!
I spent from 12:00 on 18/04 to 02:00 am on 20/04 at Dubai airport.
Emirates was absolutely not interested in what was going on and how to help people. Complete disorganization, cynicism and contempt...
the company does not know how to solve and manage in emergency situations. It is impossible to reach anyone.
I stood in line for re-registration from 01 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Bottles of water and croissants were periodically thrown into the crowd from the counter like monkeys.
They were not allowed into the airport hotel, even though they had booked it.
The luggage did not arrive with me (There was no doubt about that).
I will not wish this humiliation on anyone!
there is no better airline on earth .....the service is perfect ......we just flew a very far business....Everything went perfectly.....The hobby in Dubai is just a supper....The Marriott hotel .....thank you very much
The best ak! They are fed like in a restaurant, this time the children were given cool bags, coloring books, Polaroid photos, and at the end of the flight they also distributed ice cream to everyone🥰 The flight attendants are cute, it's nice to look at them. The flight was generally unnoticeable. I wish you continued prosperity!
Well, the airline can be judged by the moments when he is in a difficult situation. The number one airline in the world has shown absolutely no way at critical moments.
1. When you buy tickets for this airline, remember that if there are difficulties, their call center will simply not be available
2. It is impossible to find out any information simply, there is none and that's it
3. No one will offer you compensation
4. Well, delays for days are powerful, even if it rains. (let me remind you airline number one)
In general, I have a bitter experience with this airline now, I will think when I buy tickets.
In a crisis situation, the complete indifference and disregard of this airline for its passengers was manifested! After the flood on April 16 in Dubai, we were unlucky enough to fly on their flights. On April 17, we waited in line for a taxi for 9 hours to leave the airport after arriving in Dubai. On April 18, we stood in queues and waited at the airport for 11 hours to fly to Moscow. During these long hours of waiting, none of the airline or airport staff tried in any way to help us and other passengers!
The supper company. Rest from the first minute. All the staff are friendly and helpful. All the whims of customers are unlimited. I recommend this company to everyone.
A good airline , we flew with them many times , good planes , high level of service , very loyal attitude to customers, we had to use the lost and found service , everything is clear ! A particularly good attitude towards children !
I want to leave a review about Emirates Airline. During the honeymoon, my wife and I had to queue for 20 hours to get tickets for flights that were canceled upon boarding and then also silently rescheduled. I will supplement the review with a complete lack of information about the cancellation or delay of the flight. It has been 3 weeks, but there is also no information about baggage, flight cancellation certificates and delays. Thanks for the ruined vacation.
It was the best airline. But when it was impossible to choose seats for the return flight in 48 hours from Dubai (as it turned out there from Moscow), there was no help abroad, and we were seated on the plane with a young man so that there were 30 rows between us - disgusting service. The horror! We flew in February.
In my opinion, the best airline! Yes, the prices are more expensive than in similar foreign airlines, but the service is just wonderful. The menu is varied, you can pre-specify your preferences on the website.
The airline is a fire. I've been flying with them for 10-12 years now. There is a noticeable difference in which terminal the flight arrives at. The difference in stores and assortment. In the post-crisis years, goods have significantly risen in price, as well as everywhere else. 😟
If possible, I always fly with this company. Very comfortable. I don't see any point in comparing it with Russian airlines. I haven't met anyone better yet.

A disgusting office. No respect for people! It's terrible, it's terrible! Two days at the airport, no explanation. People have been driven into the room like cattle, no one is moving. I will never recommend this bottom to anyone!
