Well, everything is good in princip. The issue has been resolved. A very cramped clinic, with narrow corridors, cramped offices, like a toy house. Everything seemed to be clean. 4 stars, purely because of the tightness. Because walking down the corridor among the numerous offices, you don't know who came with what problem. There is a long queue in some offices, everyone is waiting in a narrow corridor, it is not very comfortable. There are always a lot of people there, I often pass by and can be seen from the large panoramic window at the reception.

She listened , said her breathing was good . Tonsillitis. I sent her to the ENT doctor, they cleaned the tonsils. She prescribed a weak antibiotic, flemoxin. We lost two days on this stupid , unprofessional treatment . The temperature also held. We contacted another pediatrician by appointment. I immediately heard that the breathing in the lower part of the lung was not listening. I sent it for an X-ray, the result: lower lobe pneumonia on the left. Terrible service of the branch on Nusupbekov 26/1! I do not recommend it! People sit for 4-5 hours waiting for their turn, swearing and shaking for their place!!!
With such service conditions, you can undergo an examination and a polyclinic for free!

Especially ENT doctors, they immediately send for an X-ray, they scare that there is pus and that right now it is necessary to make a puncture. No one answers what will happen to the patient later, the main thing is to snatch money right now, when you go to the #5 maxillofacial hospital you will find out that there is no pus and puncture is prohibited, etc. I advise you not to go to this clinic, do not waste time, nerves and money. Injections are given badly, it hurts. It's stuffy inside, narrow corridors, everything is dirty, basements and back alleys.

It is also striking that 40-year-old uncles and babies can sit in line with the same doctor. There should be a pediatric doctor and an adult doctor. Adults should not tolerate the screams of babies and 5-year-olds for their own money, who cannot sit in one place and endlessly run through the corridors. In a word, it's a mess.

Хорошая клиника. У них на сайте *doq.kz* всегда есть врачи по всем профилям. И со скидками ! Один минус узкие коридоры в клинике на Манаса. И не проветриваемое фойе в клинике в 8 мкр. Врачи очень отзывчивые и грамотные. Отзывчивый персонал. Всегда толпа народу. И не соблюдают время записи. Приходиться стоять и ждать в живой очереди

I said about the diet -- thank you, Captain obvious (this is also important of course), but I didn't pay the money for that. And another funny prescription for medicine gave: here, take this drug. How, how much time, how much per day -- "well, look at the instructions on the pack there."
For all 15 minutes, 10 thousand flew away, well, kapets.
Look for another clinic and a specialist (traumatologist), otherwise you will also have to contact other clinics again because this one did not give any useful conclusions

Большой минус - это зачастую большая очередь на оплату. Сделайте уже что-нибудь!!! Почему вторая девушка принимает оплату ТОЛЬКО стоматологии, а другая все остальное. Из-за этого вечно очередь. Что касается специалистов, осталась довольна. Очень хочется отметить работу девушек в процедурном кабинете - очень большой поток народа, но всегда дружелюбны и качественно обслуживают.

Ставлю пять звезд уже за то, что есть специалисты которые принимают круглосуточно (в порядке живой очереди).
Когда в выходной вечером повредила случайно глаз, единственным моим спасением оказался Эмирмед на Манаса и принимающий в тот день окулист Утегенова Бахтыгуль Нурлепесовна. Тщательно проверила, убедилась что не поврждены жизненно важные части органа зрения, прописала лечение. И дня через 5 я пришла на прием с практически идеальным, зажившим глазом.

Много раз была в этом центре, и складывается такое впечатление что качество персонала храмает, в прошлый раз пришла на УЗИ малого таза, и на рецепщине мужчина меня переубедил сходить на УЗИ к мужчине , и что вы думаете это было что то пришла с вопросами ушла с ещё большими вопросами, у знал что у меня полиокистоз так дальше и смотреть не стал, сказал и так всё ясно а на мои вопросы мямлил и говорил придите на 7 день цикла, даже эндометрий не замерил на вопрос почему сказал ну вы же беременеть не собираетесь и на этом все, в общем врач на жирную 1 звезду больше не пойду к нему, до этого была у трёх узистов, одна из них более менее на 4 смотрит но вечно в начале не включает экран я должна выпрашивать потом начинает повторно показывать а это не приятная манипуляция охото быстро быстро в общем двоякое впечатление. В прошлый раз вообще выходя из кабинета УЗИ была огромная очередь в коридоре и среди толпы сидела мать с ребенком лет 6, и ребенок кашлял и было понятно что этот ребенок болеет коклюшом и сидел он без маски, во первых безответственность матери и эгоизм сидят и заражают всех, во вторых персонала почему допускают это и разрешат больным приходить без маски ???? Так же на первом этаже вечно в туалете не рабочее окно сломанное и уже 2.5 года его не как не сделают, то есть заходишь в туалет без куртки здравствуй лактостаз, считаю что бы приняли меры или оштрафовали за это, потому что народ приходит за мед помощью а в итоге цепляет кучу болячек плюс продувает в туалете. Единственный плюс в этом центре что он работает круглосуточно и что цены не заламливают. И то много раз было такое говорили да всю ночь будет врач на УЗИ малого таза по факту приезжали а его не было. Так себе перспектива в 3 часа ночи!!! В общем сервис храмает как и оказание услуг. Особено выбесил мужчина который делал УЗИ если он не знает эту специфику и не разбирается пусть не делает !!!!

Приехали с начинающимся аллергическим шоком, не смогли получить помощь, т.к. вход в процедурный кабинет перегородила упавшая замертво женщина с сердечным приступом.
Пока скорую ждали, пока полицию, никто не мог выйти/войти, чуть было не прибавили им ещё один труп с анафилактическим шоком.

Вместо аллерголога дерматолог, и тот без пакета экстренной помощи. В итоге купили у них в аптеке лекарства и пошли за капельницей в процедурный кабинет в соседнее здание.
