A terrifying "office". I signed the contract with them in June 2023, 100% prepayment was made. The production date was 09/18/2023. As of today, 05/10/2024, only the foundation has been filled in. Like many others, they "promise "breakfast" or do not respond at all.
She is forced to contact law enforcement agencies and apply for the consolidation of all existing cases into one proceeding.
According to clause 6.5 of the agreement, a penalty of 0.01% of the contract price is provided for each day of delay in the performance of work.
In addition, Customers have the right to demand a refund of 100% of the money paid, taking into account the refinancing rate, interest for late fulfillment of obligations and for using other people's funds.

THE MOST TERRIBLE OFFICE IN OUR LIFE. The contract was signed in February 2023, it was supposed to be installed on August 2, 2023 (today is October 16, 2023), nothing has been established yet. They come up with all sorts of excuses by type: bad weather conditions on a permanent basis, an employee stole tools, a second employee cut his hand, a third employee ripped open his stomach, a stone was stolen, a car broke down. No one picks up the phone, and if they do, then immediately rudeness from Anna Kravchuk. According to one employee of the company, this mountain family should have about 100+ monuments. Anna herself says that the clients are inadequate. A lot of statements were written (the police, the police department, the regional executive committee), Anna herself claims that she will win the courts, and owes nothing to anyone. They categorically refuse to return the money, she says that she has connections everywhere, and nothing will happen to her.
We really hope that this mountain family will find a solution, all the victims will get their money back, and pack them away for a long time.

In such a difficult time, when a close, dear, beloved person has left, this terrible office has also met on the way,they take money,they do not try to fulfill their obligations,they cheat, they feed breakfast, they hamster, I send them in plain text, they do not fulfill their promises, they put a monument with grief and misfortune, but there are nuances...but how much it cost me strength and nerves.They could not make a monument in nine months.They lie at every step.No one is even going to talk about a penalty for delay.
If you want to save your nerves and money, do not contact this office.
When I went to their office a week ago, I was shocked by how many deceived and offended people.

Constant calls to them, constant ignoring, and when they pick up the phone, they come up with all sorts of reasons, namely, someone is sick, the director is in the hospital, an employee has ripped open his stomach, something has been stolen. It got to the point that they just add it to the blacklist. We agreed with the director about a meeting in person, but he did not come and did not even pick up the phone. Constant promises and postponements of the monument's installation. How many nerves are frayed with them. I do not recommend this office to anyone!

I do not advise you to contact this organization! They feed you with promises, but they don't do the work! They ordered the monument a year ago, did nothing, only rudeness and excuses in response to fair claims. They said that since we are not in their position, the money will be returned only through the court! Scammers! We have no monument, no money, but only time and nerves spent! I wrote to them on Instagram - they were blacklisted. There are dozens of people like me who have been deceived, and this office writes that everyone is lying or it's "the tricks of competitors"! The real scammers who will now be dealt with through the court!

Disgusting office. We took 100% prepayment, all installation deadlines came out on July 15, 2023. They feed us with breakfast, promises, the workers are sick, they carry all sorts of nonsense. Victoria's manager is happy to say that the children are sick and she is on sick leave.
The staff also said that the director Anna Kravchuk went to sunbathe in the summer, apparently for 100% of my prepayment. You can't forbid living beautifully at someone else's expense!
They don't take the tubes. The phone is not answered by any manager, director, or office. The phones were turned off. I'm going to court.
But no matter how much the rope twists, the end will be. They play with the souls of deceased relatives. There is only one office, but there are many of them. Anything can happen. And then people will wonder where their problems came from.

I would like to thank the entire staff of the Granite Empire for their support and help. When trouble comes to the house, you find yourself in a state of prostration, you do not understand how and where to start. Thank you for having people who understand and come to the rescue. The monument was made professionally and with a soul. Dad is buried in the northern cemetery, we wanted to put up a monument on the anniversary, as is customary in our society, but experts persuaded us, because the soil is shaky. A very worthy monument for a worthy person. Once again, THANK YOU SO MUCH for the work you have done. It's hard to imagine a better one. I will recommend it to all my friends. I haven't seen such a kind attitude in a long time.
