We have used the service more than once. Today is probably the last one. The delivery was always not earlier than lunch . Today from 9 to 13. It turned out that at that time, my daughter was studying at the university and did not take her passport, but she had an electronic student ID and a pass with her...Moreover, the mobile phones of the sender and recipient are indicated. You can also check the owner in this way. But...in principle, only a passport is needed (the daughter knows the passport number by heart). The couriers did not return the parcel and said that now they can only pick it up at the post office. The couriers talked to me indistinctly on the phone: they passed the phone to each other, shifting responsibility from one to the other. I understand that they are acting according to their instructions, but there is a human factor and they had identity documents with them. In addition, on the belpost website, in the section "Internal expedited EMS delivery", in SMS by phone, during the first conversation with the courier, nothing was said about the identity document. After my (I am the sender) numerous calls to the courier and the operator (from 13.00), it turned out that they could bring it by 15 o'clock, but additionally you need to pay 4.6 rubles for delivery (!!!) In short, communication with couriers and the operator has spoiled the impression of your service. I would like to see a mention of the passport either in the sms about the delivery time, or when the courier calls. I think that such misunderstandings during delivery could have been avoided
